Door code system is so simple and nice.

The bed mattress was a little too soft for our liking.

Nice location, beautiful building and room decor.

Poor sound isolation, it was very hot in our room, pillows weren’t the most comfortable.

A beautiful room that truly captures the essence of Tartu. The place was very quiet with no noise disturbances. The location is perfect, so close to everything. And having a great parking spot was a huge bonus for being in the city.

The only ultra-minor downsides were that the large pillows could use a refresh and the A/C pipe was slightly broken, but it really didn't bother us at all.

Apartment looks good, is spacious and has a good location.

The communication was the worst we have ever experienced, very impolite. We asked twice a cot for the baby, which wasn’t there and when we asked while we were there, they said they will bring it, what they didn’t do. Also we said we need parking but we got no information and when we called, they were quite rude as, you should have said it, what we actually did… Also there were no cloth or towels in the kitchen, had to use bathroom ones. And it was super hot in the apartment, there was one little fan which we used room by room, but it didn’t do the job for the three room apartment, so it was very hot there. But it was said there is air conditioning… we’d never book this again.
