If I find myself in Tartu again, I will definitely stay here, in a fabulous 1909 Art Nouveau mansion, just 6-minute walk from the railway station. There is enough tea and coffee in the mini kitchen, the tableware is sparkling clean, the bathroom is huge, hot water pressure stable from first moment; the interior is historical and romantic. Communication is fast, warm and professional. We made porridge for breakfast and enjoyed the enchanting aroma of linden blossoms coming from the window...

I booked ahead and received a message after the rainstorm. Bathroom does not have ventilating system.

Apartment looks good, is spacious and has a good location.

The communication was the worst we have ever experienced, very impolite. We asked twice a cot for the baby, which wasn’t there and when we asked while we were there, they said they will bring it, what they didn’t do. Also we said we need parking but we got no information and when we called, they were quite rude as, you should have said it, what we actually did… Also there were no cloth or towels in the kitchen, had to use bathroom ones. And it was super hot in the apartment, there was one little fan which we used room by room, but it didn’t do the job for the three room apartment, so it was very hot there. But it was said there is air conditioning… we’d never book this again.
