About this resort

This is a safe tropical leisure resort with 3 spacious pools, children pool w/ kids club, a lazy river, open-air lounges, 2 main buffet restaurants, 8 specialty restaurants, 11 bars, including 2 pool bars, health bar, coffee shop, ice cream bar, disco and a theater for the evening shows.
All Inclusive. (Food and drinks including alcohol** are included in the price).
As my VIP guests, you will get many benefits such as
Personal concierge service,
Daily hydrotherapy treatment at Spa Grand Sirenis,
Access to the exclusive beach club,
Daily reservations at Al La Carte restaurants (including one dinner at Le Relais Gourmand French restaurant***),

Each adult will receive a black VIP member's bracelet. Resort charges a per person per night all-inclusive fee. There are discounts for children depending on ages. (rooms must be shared with adults)
Please request the dates you want, with the actual number of people and ages for the children, and I will confirm availability and rates for you ASAP. There will be a surcharge for a single occupancy per room.
There are different levels of rooms, depending on availability*. Prices start from Junior Premium Suites (regular rooms) to premium (bronze, silver, gold rooms) suites, and Platinum Suites (Junior Presidential and 1 bedroom Presidential). Please DO NOT BOOK any reservations until I confirm which suites are available. Availability on VRBO does not reflect the suites that are available in the resort!
There is also a small eco-tax that was implemented recently. About $2 USD per day when checking in.

We had to reschedule this stay due to the Pandemic but when we finally arrived it was like a dream. Chris was super accommodating and I was always able to reach him for questions. He put all our concerns at ease. Chris offered so much information and tips so we were completely prepared for our wonderful stay!
