The A/C has no control inside your roon Its centralized and its not working good

Beachfront location, convenient for water parks

Starting to show signs of ageing - handles falling off drawers, doors not closing properly. And the room had a smell that it hadn’t been used / aired for a while. And the double beds were v small and very soft, meaning that 2 people roll together you feel every movement

I liked the location of the hotel, I feel like it is built around the inclusive idea as to not leave the hotel. Facilities were great, Booking got us an upgrade which I didn't expected and was quite a surprise, we got the premium room, treatment and we'd appreciated very much with my wife.

Hotel has no complimentary shuttle service (which by the distance, should have free of charge!). Food could be better, Mexican food served at the buffets is amazing, the rest of the food is just average.

Beautiful, well kept campus. Pools were clean and beach was well kept.

Airport shuttle that was ordered through the colonial resort dropped us off at the palace resort instead. Spent an extra 30mn finding out we were at the wrong location and had to wait for the shuttle bus while hungry and exhausted. Check in left us with minimal info about their resort and that we can only stay in the colonial area, according to all the bartenders and staff who were continually rude about letting us know we didn't belong. They only have 3 kayaks for rent for thousands of people and not enough beach chairs. You have to be on the beach by 7am or you're out of luck. Food was horrible at the buffet and in the restaurants.
