the beach,pools and children area’s, excellent reception staff at the Beach property, excellent staff at guest service’s at the Caribe property
lack of liquor around the property, lack of breakfast foods within the buffets, quality of the foods in the Italian restaurants on the property, up charging through out the Barcelo resort
