Las instalaciones muy lindas, la comida muy rica! El check in fue muy claro y preciso!
Que los colaboradores no tienen mucha información acerca de servicios y/o horarios del hotel, me perdí el show nocturno por la hora errónea que me dieron en unos de los restaurantes 😓y estábamos un poco perdidos porque no sabían en donde se ubicaba el hotel en donde cenaríamos

the beach,pools and children area’s, excellent reception staff at the Beach property, excellent staff at guest service’s at the Caribe property
