About this apartment rental
This split level, 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (2 en-suite) has the added benefit of bedroom 3 in basement being self contained with kitchenette, ideal for in laws or friends preferring some privacy and space. It is located in a quiet residential area on a hill within a short walk down to beaches and numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Excellent location for both lazy beach holidays and site-seeing.
Air conditioning / heating in lounge, main bedroom and basement, plenty of wardrobe space in each bedroom.
Baby gates, cot and high chair available. Access to outside parking

Large covered terrace with comfy cane furniture, perfect for sitting in the summer shade, leading down to small private south west facing garden which is safe for children to play in. Here you will find a large table with chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue. To the front of the apartment is the fenced communal swimming pool with a very shallow area, excellent for children. Pool is surrounded by a large grassed secure area with shade, sunbeds and sea views. A small children's park to the rear of pool with swings and a slide.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron & board and hair dryer.
Fiber internet.
Television that you can connect to Cromecast.
Maid service: One set of towels (not beach / pool towels) and linen provided, property cleaned for each changeover, any stays over 1 week can request a clean during their stay, get new towels and linen at a charge directly to the cleaner.
