Great place for family holidays

Neat and comfy, very well equipped. Nicely located with shops, restaurants and supermarkets very nearby and a short walk to the beach. The appartment is in a complex with a numbers of pools and bars

Recommended for families

I have given this property a 9 as on a whole it was good value for money and loved the personalised touches, games for kids etc Air con was amazing and definitely needed mid August. Beds were comfy (not keen on the pillows) Washing machine was so handy with a maiden which dried clothes through the day. All kitchen facilities were included there wasn't anything we didn't have. 3 big bedrooms, don't agree with previous review the 3 beds were fine and separated well. I would book here again as it's a great base for us to visit family. Lovely cocktail bar at bottom of hill :)

Lots of steps- there's at least 20 steps down and up to the apartment which people with mobility needs would struggle with. There are lots more steps to access the pool area. It gets very busy and unless you queue in the morning you won't get a sunbed. Pool is very secure though only those permitted use can enter - we gave our apartment number and had no issues. Hotel is on a very steep hill- again tough for anyone with mobility issues. My broken toe did not cope well on the first day. There is gated access to the apartments- we locked ourselves in on the last day as we had left the key in the apartment as were leaving early hours. Luckily a neighbour woke up and let us out otherwise we'd have been stuck..just something to note on your last day open the gate first then leave the keys in apartment. Finally was a bit disappointed with lack of balcony/veranda but given the price and home comforts I would still recommend this place to families :)

Very good

Very good location, 12 minutes away from the seaside. 10 min away large supermarket Macedona.15 min or €25 away from Malaga airport Lots of nice places to eat. Two swimming pools for residents, the one on the roof is less busier and has an amazing view. Air-conditioned flat - very important ! The owner, Juan, was helpful even though he didn't write all the messages in English, but we are in Spain, and I've used google translate.. It was enough space for two families.To sum it up - basic flat for seaside holiday - the price I've paid it was good value for money.

Luck of outside space, no balcony or terrace. Flat is on top of entrance to the building, so it can get a bit noisy when people enter... Very slow Wi-Fi . Luck of parking spaces. Be aware that it's a very steep hill to get to the building, or you can use stairs from the other side of the building.

Not what we expected.

The apartment was clean and had lots of household items you would need. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Aircon in all rooms. Pool area was clean and very nice. Both on site restaurants / bars served really good food and drinks for decent prices. Staff were all lovely too. Supermarket and Pharmacy are 2 minutes walk from the pool area. 5 minute walk to the beach.

This is not a 3 bedroom apartment. It is a two bed with the sittingroom converted into a 3rd bedroom without a door. There is a curtain hanging between the kitchen / living area and the "3rd bedroom". There is no balcony or outside seating area either. The ad said a terrace garden so at the very least I expected a small area to sit outside / put washing out to dry. Unfortunately there is just a shared hallway. We travelled with young children so between the lack of outside area and only a curtain separating the living and one of the bedrooms it was quite frustrating if we wanted to stay up later than them without keeping them awake. You must go down 1 set of stairs and over a small courtyard and up another flight to access the apartment so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely and well kept.

The owner of our appartment Juan Gomez had not paid his fees for pool usage so we missed out on a full day's use of the pool which was so disappointing to my family.Also the hours spent trying to get it rectified was so upsetting. I would nit book with this particular owner as appartment was not good either.
