the view from my windows room

noise from around others guests,very louder even at not appropriate hours such as 6 am or 12 pm, night. Not having coffee, milk provided, the fridge was noisy.

The only thing that could be improved is a collection of long life condiments eg olive oil, as it’s not convenient to buy these things for a very short stay.

We only crashed for one night but would definitely consider staying for longer

Quiet location. Easy access. Plenty of space. Lovely pool. Convenient for everything the coast has to offer but far enough away from the noise.

The bathroom was large enough for a good sized shower cubicle and not the pathetically small, and extremely dangerous, (very slippery) shower tray currently installed. And I HATE shower curtains.

Very enjoyable

Location was perfect. The bus stop was only less than 5mins walk & about 10 mins to the Supermarket. Very nice quiet & safe area / location. About 10 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. Quite liked it.

The host was quite friendly and approachable on the phone, but not face to face. But then I am a very bubbly person and sometimes don't realise that we are all different in our own ways. He did supply everything I asked for. Which is very positive.

Didn't like broken kitchen equipment, toaster would not switch of, grill pan warped, kitchen sink plug wouldn't hold water, damaged microwave, had been burnt at some point, no kettle

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable, however not much around you need a car to travel.

We were hoping for a balcony, and there are no chairs/loungers around the pool so we had to sit on the grass

Schöne saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss. :-)

Eine sehr schöne große Unterkunft mit einem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Eine etwas bessere Beschreibung in welchen Stockwerk das Zimmer ist wäre gut gewesen. Man muss ja auch im Aufzug auf das richtige Stockwerk drücken. Noch zur Info: Das Schiebetor zur Tiefgarage geht über den Handsender im Kunststoffkästchen am Schlüsselbund auf. :-)

Udany listopadowy pobyt

Świetny obiekt, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. W apartamencie było bardzo czysto. Do plaży ok. 10-15 minut spacerem. Ogromny plus za zarezerwowane miejsce parkingowe.

Bardzo słabe wygłuszenie całego obiektu. Niestety, ale było słychać wszystko - rozmowy sąsiadów od rana, przesuwanie krzeseł przez sąsiadów, nawet czajnik, który działał w innym mieszkaniu. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale osoby, które są bardzo wrażliwe na hałas, mogą czuć dyskomfort.

Muchos ruidos. Aceptable si vas a estar todo el día fuera de casa.

Tiene parking, aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, urbanización en muy buen estado, camas muy cómodas, piscina excelente , chekin rápido vía app, el anfitrión te explica todo muy detallado.

RUIDO hay mucho ruido procedente todos los sitios, puertas, portazos, arrastre de muebles a cualquier hora, y ya para colmo y sé que no es culpa del apartamento justo los dos días había obra en algún apartamento pegado al mío, desde las 8 de la mañana a las 6 de la tarde dando golpes, martillazos, y ruidos de taladro, que no dejaban ni mantener una conversación normal por teléfono. Vuelvo a repetir no es culpa del alojamiento en si, pero hace que la estancia no sea agradable, y más cuando estás de vacaciones. Necesitas coche para todo no hay nada al lado, lo más cerca un supermercado a unos 500 metros que hay que subir en cuesta con la compra. El precio del apartamento es económico para la zona de Benalmádena, pero realmente no pagaría más.
