,Just returned from staying at Property in Benalmadena and would like to give some feedback and pictures , I had raised the issues with the agent on arrival. We had booked the apartment for the second part of our family holiday after spending a week at Estepona Holiday Hills. . The apartment was advertised as Luxury Penthouse however there were more than a few issues with the apartment during our stay the first being basic cleanliness. The views were outstanding the 5 bedrooms were great and appreciated the modern living area, however the following: Balcony ledges and hand rail were covered in bird dropping, behind and under the out door sofa was filthy , the BBQ was unusable , outdoor light filthy (2 off the 3 lights not working ) . The sink plug was absolutely disgusting with built up food deposit as was the dishwasher which my husband had to remove and clean the filters which looked as though they had never been cleaned . There were also functional issues such as 2 of the 4 air conditioning remote controls not working due to dead batteries. The air conditioning unit in the twin room on the first floor was leaking water which left one of the beds unusable, bed pillows and curtain were saturated with water. The roller blind in the master bedroom fell off during the first night and snapped the patio key whilst in the lock. All of the keys (3 sets ) we found extremely difficult to open both the front and back gates. There were some evenings we were there for 10 mins. Not nearly enough glasses for the size of the property and the amount of people. The description is very misleading Luxury refurbished when it should state re decorated as the bathrooms and kitchens are old and original also the advert states there is a hot tub/ Jacuzzi which in fact is a bath ? Over all as a family we were very uncomfortable and disappointed with our stay considering what we paid. We travel numerous times a year and have never felt this strongly about a property

I have raised the issues with both the agent and owner the agent did respond very promptly and send out cleaners the following day however geel very let down and disappointed with my overall experience.

The property is pretty big. Has Two floors, 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Jacuzzi, barbecue Is perfect for 9 people. It has a big terrace with everything you need to spend your time (big sofas and big table)

The shared pool was not open. But at this time is understable due current situation (Covid19)

Det var problem med avloppet och det rann ut vatten på golvet i badrummet. Det var också bitvis dålig lukt från avloppet, vilket är vanligt i Spanien. Kaffebryggaren hade kalkat igen och varje gång man använde brödrosten utlöste jordfelsbrytaren.

Sehr schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse. Sehr schöne Apartments. Ideal für zwei 4-köpfigen Familien.

Man sollte sehr leise sein, sonst fliegt man wohl raus aus der Wohnung. Mit 4 Kindern klappt es nicht immer. Wir haben nicht mal die Musik auf der Terrasse gehört: schlechtes Gewissen. Den Strand erreicht man nur mit dem Auto.

Baixa potência energética para um apartamento para 9 pessoas - a eletricidade ia abaixo imensas vezes quando cozinhavamos. Falta de papel higiénico, e pouco gel de duche/champô. Um dos quartos era demasiado pequeno - a pessoa quase que dava com a cabeça no teto. Falta de estores/persianas no andar de cima. Cozinha demasiado pequena para um apartamento para 10 pessoas. Frigorífico com fraca capacidade de refrigeração. Sentimos alguma hostilidade por parte da gestão quando recebemos uma mensagem a acusar-nos de mandar lixo para a varanda dos vizinhos de baixo - algo que não fizemos.
