I enjoyed staying in the studio flat

The room was delightful. Everything was so clean and well designed. All furniture comfortable. In the kitchen area all items were well provided.

Benalbeach is really gigantic complex and it feels more like a general hospital or state prison with long cold corridores. Not invaiting at all. There was also balcony renevation going on over half of our stay. Constant banging etc. No privacy.

Apartment advertised as 60m² with private parking was only 45m² without parking. Don't do it!

The apartment was advertised as 60m² with private parking, but it turned out to be only 45m² and the promised private parking simply does not exist, something we raised twice with the host who denied the issue even though Booking.com acknowledged our complaint, and you should be very aware that if you arrive with a (rental) car you will spend at least 40 minutes every day searching for a space around the complex and feel “lucky” to find one about 300 meters away. The pool area looked much better in the pictures, while in reality the water was dirty and warm, the bar felt like an unhygienic snack bar with poor food and loud music, the atmosphere was dominated by large groups of teenagers, it was very noisy at night, and there were far too few sunbeds around the pool (roughly 800 for about 3000 guests). On the positive side the view was beautiful, the air conditioning worked well and the location was excellent, and while the apartment may be fine for two people who spend most of the day outside the complex, it is far too small for a family because the sofa bed is only suitable for very young children up to about 4 years old. What is shocking is that the host did absolutely nothing to please us, even though this was a clear case of misrepresentation, deception and breach of contract: what we booked should have been 33.3% larger than what we got and the availability of a private parking is a complete lie. Ignoring complaints says a lot about this host. Booking.com acknowledged the problem and offered us compensation, but the host did not, even though in my opinion the host is the party that should have taken responsibility.

Apartment was clean but small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Manageable as facilities in the apartment were useful. Ok location

AC was not working well. The room stayed hot all day/ night which meant it was difficult to sleep, dry hair etc. No where to store cases on a Sunday / Monday we we had to trail them around on check out. Pool was tired and dirty surroundings. Work appears to be happening but it’s an old building and lacks people cleaning round the pool facilities regularly.

Lovely apartment but not a pleasant place to stay

The location was very good. The apartment was lovely.

The staff at this location were not very helpful and rude at times because of this I would not stay here again. The place is to big and around the pool was very packed. I had to hold on to the swimming pool bands otherwise we would have sit at reception until 6 o’clock. There was nowhere to store our suitcases all day so we had to take them to the swimming pool with us and no facilities to get ready before we went to the airport.

The hotel was very crowded and noisy, we could not use the pools as they were full all the time, we couldn't find parking near the hotel because of a festival next door ,

Great place

Few swimming pools that are up to 3 meters deep and boast large poolside areas. There's a well-stocked on-site supermarket offering goods (fresh fruits, meats, alcohol, snacks) at reasonable prices. The studio is kept clean, well-maintained and equipped (pans, pots, cutlery, plates,electric hobs, oven,washing machine, washing liquid, new sponge ect). Very thoughtful. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, easily accessible through the property's back garden gate (ask reception for direction) High-speed internet is available at a speed of 70Mbps.

There is nothing to dislike. Only little surprise was 4.5€/day charge per sunbed in the swimming pool area.

Perfect really

Central location. Good WiFi for Chromecast TV for movies and sport (brought my own) kettle coffee machine excellent. Amazing shower amazing view of the sea.

The TV needs replacing the back lights are banjoyed. Also it's a studio so one room only but the sofa bed was comfortable and the memory foam bed was nice.

The double bed was uncomfortable mattress..a double bed is standard however a king size bed would be far more luxurious and a better night's sleep would of occurred..suggestion of a bin in bathroom would be useful. No swimming pool or any facilities in the hotel has advertised..

AMAZING

The flat is very comfy, very clean. The view from the balcony is wonderful, just in front of the sea and sunshine. The host is really polite and caring. The location is cute and full of sunshine. I look forward to staying at Benalmádena again in the near future!

Clean and good location

Failed to let us know everything was closed for the season, not even a lounger outside .Checking out at 10am and our flight not until 7pm, no luggage facilities and reception staff unwilling to assist in any way. When I contacted hotel management they said there was luggage facilities there.
