Bil Bil - C&G Benal Beach apartment

Udsigten var fantastisk, meget flot og en dejlig lejlighed😊

Der var ikke toiletartikler som der stod beskrevet Hynder til stolene på terrassen og til solvognene var godt slidte. Vi skulle be om flere håndklæder og vattæppe, som hurtig blev indfriet. Vi manglede information om hotellets område, nøglefunktion ved låge, hvor affald skulle afleveres - osv, det ville ha gjort det lettere. Der var køjesenge i stedet for en enkel seng, hvilket ikke var oplyst. Det var ikke så behageligt.

The apartment was beautiful. Perfect for family of 4, including 2 teens, and it is hard to get an apartment to suit when children are this age. Huge balcony, great facilities. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, rose on the bed and tennis racquets for the kids. Very mod apartment, seems recently renovated, great relaxing space inside and out, huge tv where we could log in to our own netflix, no English channels! Pool area was fab, plenty for all to do, very clean. Food was lovely as well in the complex. Very close to the beginning of the promenade along the beachfront. 20 minute walk to marina along the prom. Lots to browse and stroll along. 10 minute walk in other direction to beach activities- parasailing, jet skis, etc. Loads of beautiful food options. Close to everything. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Reception Staff seemed less than helpful! I asked one day what would be the best way to get to the water park and the man said he didn't know and walked off. Pool and restaurant staff were lovely. We didn't have any contact with other staff

The view is just amazing. A movie set view. În the appartemt you have everything you need. În the building you have all you need: Aquapark, shop, gym, great gadens, restaurant, games. The sea and the beach are just 50 m away. Around this location you have restaurants, shops, the city center is near.

The Parking

Big complex. Location was great right opposite the beach. Appartment spotless. Had everything we needed. Fabulous terrace looking over the beach. Nice walk to the Marina area. Host was very quick to respond to a query and was promptly sorted. Would go back. Had a lovely week here. Lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds.

Bookings.com advertised as a two bed apt with double and single bed together with sofa bed. When booking confirmation received it stated bedrooms divided by wardrobe. We could live with that. On arrival we found a double and bunk beds in the smaller side of the room. Not suitable for 3 mature ladies. We got sorted with linen for the sofa bed but found the space with the bunks a bit cramped. Picture on bookings.com showed a double and single bed. The bar area was not good and staff not very friendly. Had a sandwich first day which was awful so we didnt go again. Smaller bar drinks only at pool which was good. Beds at the pool cost 5 euro per person, even at 4 pm until close at 7 pm. However really enjoyed our stay here and our holiday and would go again.
