New Sunset apartment - C&G Benal Beach

Me gustó todo en general. Apartamento recién reformado, a pie de playa con todo tipo de facilidades. Mercadona a 15 minitos andando. Aire acondicionado excelente, lavadora, lavavajillas, decorado con mucho gusto. Tal cual las fotos. Colchones buenos tanto del dormitorio como el que dejan para acoplar en el sofá cama. Y las vistas!!! Puff ... Espectaculares. Han sido unos días de vacaciones en familia estupendos. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias Pilar.

Al ser agosto la zona está maxificada y el apartamento es complicado. Lo mismo que pasa con la zona de las piscinas. Pero eso no tiene la culpa el apartamento.

Świetna lokalizacja i naprawdę piękny widok. Apartament był zadbany, bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony — posiadał wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Dużym plusem były również świetne baseny oraz bliskość plaży i parku. Ogólnie bardzo dobre miejsce na pobyt. Polecam!

Z drobnych minusów warto wspomnieć o braku dodatkowej szafy lub miejsca na ubrania dla osób śpiących w salonie. Dodatkowo komunikacja z recepcją bywała utrudniona — jedna z osób nie mówiła po angielsku, przez co mieliśmy niewielki problem przy zameldowaniu. Na szczęście właściciel pomógł w rozwiązaniu sytuacji i ostatecznie wszystko zakończyło się dobrze.

The view was the best part about this property. The apartment is relatively cosy and the location is nice being close to the beach and bus stops.

The apartment needs some attention. The couch is filthy, so much so that I kept the same clothes to use to sit on it. Soap dispensers are on their last legs. There was one single dishwasher tablet and 1 roll of toilet roll left for a 6 night stay. The complex itself is an old hotel and the apartments were sold off years ago but it has a run down and ghostly feel. There was supposed to be one pool open but each time we went down, the doors to outside were locked. Games room, bar, restaurant, etc. closes until the summer. The biggest pet peeve is the price, we could have stayed in a nice hotel nearby for the same price.
