Welcome to this spectacular apartment with 2 spacious terraces and a small private inflatable hot tub.
The apartment was completely renovated in June 2021, with new furniture and appliances.
The apartment has all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality apartment, including air conditioning, heating, 2 TVs, a Netflix account, and more.
The complex is located right on the beachfront and features 5 swimming pools and spectacular views of the sea and mountains.
The apartment is about 100 m2, half of which is taken up by its spacious terraces.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix and access to both terraces. It also features Chromecast and Google Home for the more tech-savvy (for everyone else, there’s a conventional TV remote).
The living room has a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. There is a modern dining table with chairs.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped. It features a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, and other appliances such as a Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and other accessories.
TERRACES
The apartment has two spacious terraces equipped with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs, as well as a small private inflatable hot tub. The terraces offer spectacular views of the sea and the mountains.
JACUZZI
The inflatable hot tub, for apartment guests only, is limited to 2 people and can be used year-round, although in winter it will take quite a while for the water to heat up.
BEDROOM
The bedroom features a double bed, as well as a fold-out bed that can be moved to other parts of the house if desired.
The bedroom also features a television, a closet, and a dresser.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower and toilet and is equipped with all the towels and amenities you need to enjoy a worry-free stay.
