Short stop

Very comfortable room and great beds. Nice balcony and good shower. Lovely breakfast.

Quite a steep staircase and no lift. Dinner in the restaurant was ok - not amazing and we were sitting next to a big group do it was very noisy.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

The staff were really nice and friendly. It was an exceptionally clean hotel which is so important. The hotel itself is a very quaint and charming house, with old architecture and displays. Their breakfast was bountiful and delicious, I would recommend their homemade juice, jam and fresh breads. I am assuming they make their own wine too, since it is located near the vineyards; we took home three bottles and drank one in the hotel, it was that good. I would stay here again for my next visit.

Superb

Longuich is the last village along a road along the Moselle river, quiet and unspoilt. Yet it's just 15 minutes to the centre of beautiful Trier. Gästehaus Wein im Turm is part of a working winery with a lovely garden for the delicious evening meals. The breakfast was out of this world served by the ever-helpful Pia and her husband.

The bedroom was in the roof space so very hot during Germany's hottest ever weather but guess not much can be done about that!! And Pia recommended wonderful volcanic lake 30 minutes away to swim in. An unforgettable experience.

This is a charming, country style hotel in an unexpected location - just off the A1 autoroute. This is a rare treasure - super clean, quiet and comfortable and staff were really welcoming. We don’t usually buy hotel breakfasts, having found them often somewhat disappointing but here our 8 euro breakfast was excellent - delicious and really good value for money.

We had a very warm welcome and stay. We were heading north and have found this hidden treasure, clean, warm, very quiet, cosy and near to the motorway We will definitely come back.

A delightful place to stay which we would thoroughly recommend!

The whole stay was excellent. Evening meal was very good in a delightful garden setting. Breakfast was a delicious meal exactly what we hoped it would be.

Not able to suggest how anything could be better. You can’t improve on perfection. We liked everything.

Extremely kind staff. Great breakfast. Good variety of local wines. Walking distance from the Mosel's vineyards: even if you are not a pro hiker, you can enjoy pleasant walks around. The Roman Urban Villa is just 8 minutes walking distance through the vineyards.

Go simple at the restaurant: too elaborated dishes are not up to their description in the menu. And go for bottled wine to be sure to get a good one: wine by the glass is good, yet missing something.

Fijn hotel met een prima restaurant.

Het domein ligt in een klein dorp op enkele minuten wandelen van de Moezel. Het heeft een veilige stalling voor de fietsen en een mooi terras in de voortuin.. Het onthaal was vriendelijk, de kamer was netjes en prima in orde. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, met een ruim buffet. Je kan in de voortuin ook lekker dineren in de voortuin of genieten van een lekker glas wijn.

De matrassen zijn dun en absoluut niet comfortabel. Het aanhoudend geluid van de nabije snelweg is een domper op het gevoel van rust en is storend als je het raam open laat.

Wunderbare Terrasse im ersten OG & ein tolles Garten-Restaurant. Alle waren sehr sehr nett.

Wir kamen zu Fuss. Wanderer müssen beachten, dass vom Moselsteig noch 2,5 KM zu gehen sind.

Familiengeführtes Haus mit ganz viel Herz. Gerne wieder.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Beim Frühstück wurden uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mitgegeben und Abens haben wir tolle Küche und den Familieneigenen Wein verkosten dürfen.

Utmerket frokost. Hyggelig vertinne og annen betjening. Hyggelig å kunne sitte ute og spise middag i slutten av september, og spennende/eksotisk med lokale retter av villsvin.
