Bright 130 sqm apartment, on the fourth and top floor, equipped with a lift inside a sixteenth-century building, with panoramic views over the rooftops of Venice and the canal below.
In the most exclusive area of the city, a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco, in a very peaceful and quiet area. It can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
The stately hall, with private access from the water gate and pedestrian access, welcomes visitors.
The entrance to the apartment has a large and very bright living room with sofas for six seats and an eight-chair dining table illuminated by an ancient Murano glass chandelier. The Venetian-style furnishings have been cared for by the owner for personal use.

Enjoy an equipped kitchen (Miele dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishes, cooking condiments ...), which can accommodate six people at the table.
The apartment offers three bedrooms, two of which are double king size and one single room.
A double bed can be transformed into two single beds.
There are two bathrooms, both with tub and shower.
The equipment is complete with bed linen and towels, hairdryer, detergents for dishwashers, soaps, toilet paper, Wi-Fi.

Gorgeous apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfy. Check to see if the elevator is working if stairs are an issue - this is a 6th floor apartment with steep stairs. The elevator was out during our trip. Also during hotter seasons, no air conditioning though there are fans in the rooms. You won’t want to leave windows open at night due to mosquitoes.

The location is perfect to explore Venice from. The owner is very communicative. The apartment is large on the top floor with views of canals and the rooftops of Venice. The space worked well for us.

Loved the location near S. Maria de Giglio. Spacious apartment. Issues. #1. No working elevator for a 4th floor apt. Listing includes elevator. Host communicated that elevator was not operational just a few days before arrival and 3 1/2 weeks after last day to cancel and get a refund. Apt located 4 "Italian" floors up - 103 steps to climb. Having, mobility issues made my experience painful and worsened my condition. Climbing in 100 degree heat and high humidity made it very uncomfortable. #2 Mosquito haven. Host made clear there was no A/C, but there are no screens on the windows, so we were all got covered in mosquito bites. Inadequate mosquito repellant. #3. Wifi did not work most of the time.
On a positive note, the host was very accomodating to check us in early and meet us after a number of delays getting vaporetto / transit tickets. The elevator not working was a critical problem for us and made for a very painful, negative experience. Once known that the elevator was not functioning we should have been given the opportunity for a full refund and find a different lodging option.
