Perfect location, close to everywhere we wanted to go and so lovely to have a garden in the centre of Venice.
It would have been nice to have a tablecloth for the table in the garden.

Excellent location (centrally located, yet quiet), clear communication with the host, clean and tidy home, more than enough space, well-equipped kitchen.
Nothing, really. This is just a great place to stay.

Fantastic Location!! In the Center of this beautiful City - but very quiet Area. Easy access to Sights - close to Waterbus Stop San Maria del Giglio. Very well equipped Kitchen with everything available. The size of the bedrooms is ok. A true gem is the small garden - perfect to sit and sip a Glass of Wine.
We were missing a Wardrobe or Coathangers in the Entrance Area to but wet Coats or Umbrellas. TV is available - but only italian Stations. The Bathtub upstairs could use a curtain or shower enclosure plus more hooks for towels.
