Hostes was very responsible and kind. Also let me keep my luggage there until the evening.

This home was super close to the train station and the owner was nice.

The host was my favorite thing about the visit. She was lovely, and waited outside for us to come. She was happy to answer our questions and gave good advice. The location was only a couple minutes' walk from the Mestre train station, which was a lifesaver. That was really helpful. There was also a bus stop there where the airport buses stop, as well. The washer ran well as long as no one was showering. We made good use of it, and that was also much appreciated. We're big fans of Rolladen blinds, and this place had them! The wifi was pretty good. We really appreciated the free parking, which was right on premise and not even street parking. So many other options we looked at said they had free parking, but we later found out they didn't, and they directed us to the local paid parking garages. The linens were noticeably clean. We appreciated the security of the building. There were locks on the outside gate and the inside door.

Because I could tell the apartment has been loved by the owner, I hesitate to share the shortcomings here. But there are some things that prospective guests should know: While the area could hardly be more convenient to the station, it is otherwise not the best. I would especially not recommend it to single female travelers. I was with my husband, and we were fine -- no one ever approached us, but I still felt unsettled. The apartment is up pretty high. There were 3-4 flights of stairs with no elevator. This is normal for European homes of this vintage. I didn't realize that there were timed light switches we could use to turn on the lights in the stairwell until after I had braved the very dark stairwell a couple of times. With the lights on, it wasn't so bad. The apartment is basically clean, but it is older and there are places that could use some detailing.

Good value for the money

The apartment is 3 minutes walk from the train station. It is big enough for 3 people. There is a free parking place, and they allowed us to leave the car even during the next day. The women who welcomed us were very friendly.

It was very noisy from the street (you can hear traffic from the street and also trains)

Most disappointment thing was I have paid city tax twice. Once with booking. Com and after arrived she asked again. And I have paid again. I told her it’s already paid by booking.com but she replied, that money is commission for booking.com.

Appartamento pulito e comodo ai servizi.

Appartamento come da descrizione in una posizione comoda alla stazione ferroviaria con parcheggio auto comodo. La signora che si è occupata del nostro soggiorno è davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Erano presenti solo i teli doccia, forse sarebbe utile considerare di mettere anche quelli per il viso e uno da mettere a terra per quando si esce dalla doccia.

Punaises de lit !!!

PUNAISES DE LIT !!! Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement. L’acceuil était compliqué : clé déposée dans une boite noire à l’extérieur du bâtiment non signalée. Présence de prostituée dans la rue du bâtiment… Immeuble très vieux et mal entretenu. Les photos ne représentent pas l’état actuel des chambres : beaucoup de moisissures (dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain), des petites toiles d’araignées, pommeau de douche très sale. Au réveil nous avons découvert la présence de punaises de lit dans toute la chambre !!! Après avertissement aucune explication et aucun dédommagement proposé.

La ubicación no era buena, las llaves estaban escondidas de mala manera en un buzón abierto, la calle era turbia, no nos gustó en absoluto, nos fuimos del alojamiento sin utilizarlo, tuvimos que reservar otro.

Proprietaria gentilissima e tempestiva nella risposta. Posizione strategica. Possibilità di parcheggio auto.

Appartamento grande e comodo ma richiederebbe una risistemata e qualche elemento in più di arredamento ( in camera da letto non c'è un armadio e nemmeno un appendiabito). Il sistema di erogazione acqua calda non funzionava.

Het was niet hygiënisch en het was ook niet schoon de bedden waren vreselijk oude kussens waar je niet op kon slapen de dekens waren oud en niet gewassen en de spons in de keuken die was 1 jaar oud volgens mij de tafelkleed had gaten enzovoort enzovoort

La posizione della struttura è davvero comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. Parcheggio gratuito e cortesia dell' host.

L' arredamento è minimale ma pulito, un luogo che con poco potrebbe diventare davvero accogliente.
