About this apartment rental
Let's face it, it is not that there are in Marghera then who knows how many things to do and see, but there is near Venice and is much cheaper.
So if you happen to stay in this apartment you can safely move to Venice in an easy, fast and cheap.
Marghera is in fact only 10 km from Venice.
Nice and bright apartment of 45 square meters on the first floor. An entrance hall, a large room, a well-stocked kitchen, a terrace with a veranda and a bathroom with shower.
Reachable on foot in 10 minutes from Mestre Station. Bus stop nearby and 5 minutes from the tram to Venice. Convenient to Dolo, Treviso, Padua, Abano Terme, Jesolo, Marco Polo Airport (20 minutes).
Apartment well stocked convenient to all transport.
Public parking near unpaid and unguarded.
Host present and available for all needs and at any time.
Photos of furnishing BEDROOM not correspond to reality. The room is being renovated. From the end of February will see the photos of the new and more modern furnishings.
It requires respect for the house and supplies. Quiet at night time.
It is not 'allowed to smoke (and' possible only in the balcony).
Check in from 14 to 20.
Check out by 11 (later on request).
City tax EUR 1 per night per person.
Upon arrival we require the submission of personal documents (passport or identity card).
In the event that the customer does not reach the apartment on the day fixed for any reason there is no refund.
The loss of the keys has a cost of 100 Euros for the replacement of the lock.
No parties allowed in the apartment.
The customer is liable for damage to the apartment and the common parts.
The apartment is not equipped with a safety deposit box.
The Host is not liable for theft within the apartment.
"The Guardian" quoted Marghera as a "suburb full of life" with "a relaxed atmosphere, bars and restaurants for all budgets" ().
The apartment is located near the junction of Venice Mestre Villabona, Rotonda Romea and Mestre ring road (A57). A 1.5 km from the TRAIN STATION OF MESTRE and 10 km from the AIRPORT VENICE MARCO POLO, as well as 25 minutes from Treviso Canova.
To reach Venice you can take the bus n. 6 or Tram.
From Venice you can take the bus n. 15 for THE TRAIN OF VENICE MESTRE and then take the bus n. 6
Public parking is not guarded in the house.

The host was super lovely the place was amazing and cozy. This was our last stop on our trip around Europe and it was definitely one of our favourite places to stay it was super well connected. The host was super friendly and helpful especially as we had a couple issues with delays and my friend left her passport at the place and they were super helpful with helping us get it. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Venice!!

L'appartement est bien équipé et bien situé pour visiter Venise. Il y a des places de stationnement gratuites juste en bas et un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres. On peut acheter des billets pour le bus à quelques mètres de l'arrêt et se rendre dans Venise en 15 minutes environs pour 1,50€/personne.
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires sur les environs.
Il y a un supermarché assez grand à moins de 500 mètres du logement et nous avons testé la Pizzeria "Al Giardinetto" située à 2 rues.Elle est excellente pour des tarifs très corrects.
Le point négatif est la literie qui n'est vraiment pas confortable.
