The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning is superb!

Public transportation could be really tricky with the two different bus stops, but the staff is very helpful about that one too!

Great value for money. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and there was good Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee making facilities were available. We stayed in January and the room had excellent heating and the temperature could be adjusted to your needs. Not every hotel in Italy offers this, so it was great. Air conditioning was available, but I didn't use it due to the season. There's a large free parking lot at the hotel, so parking isn't a problem. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel, making it easy to get to and from Venice at any time. For a small fee, you can order a delicious Italian breakfast at the hotel, which the owner prepares herself and is truly excellent. I recommend it. The owner herself is a very kind and helpful person who selflessly helped me solve a problem I had, and thanks to her help, everything worked out. Thank you again, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the Venice area. See you soon.

Nice guesthouse near Venice. Big rooms. Very nice local food and wine. Big parking space and bus stop in front of it to reach centre of Venice directly in 20 minutes.
Bit old furniture but still nice and stylish.

Apartment style is good
Apartment is big enough
Furniture is old and some pieces are broken, some cabin doors removed and the big cabin has 1 leg missing.
Kitchen stove was not functioning properly and stove door was not closing properly, stove itself is old and slow in cooking.
Washing machine is dirty and left rust on clothes.
1 air condition unit was not working on the first day.
Dogs outside threatening the visitors sometime.
