The apartment is practical and well equipped, with a functional bathroom, living area and kitchen, including an electric kettle. There is also a pleasant terrace, parking on the property and a discount at the restaurant next door.
Its main advantage is the location: the bus stop is directly opposite, and the bus takes you to Piazzale Roma in Venice in approximately 30 minutes. This makes it a convenient base for visiting the city without having to drive into Venice.
The apartment is small and has only one bedroom, with several beds close together to accommodate four people. The air conditioning is also not powerful enough to cool the entire apartment effectively.

The rooms were large , clean, quiet and comfortable. Basic breakfast was a decent deal at an additional cost. The location is quite convenient and a short drive from Venice with the advantage of a countryside feel. The property is off a busy road, surrounded by greenery, with fruit trees, a farm, some chickens, roosters, goats adding to the "agritourism" experience!
The staff are not very friendly and we had to switch rooms mid-stay because they made a booking mistake.
