The apartment is located in a villa with garden and private parking 10 minutes from the historic center of Venice. It is located in Venice-Marghera in a district called "Città Giardino". In the immediate vicinity there are all the main services: public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, banks, ...
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with care.
It is ideal for hosting couples of friends and families with children.
It can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is composed as follows:
- Kitchen-living room with TV and table for 6 people.
- Double room (bed 160x200) with two armchairs and desk. En-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.
- Double bedroom (160x200 bed) with sofa for 2 persons and desk. En-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
- Double bedroom (bed 140x200) with desk. En-suite bathroom with shower and bidet.
The price includes towels, sheets, a welcome drink and courtesy coffee.
Our house has a washing machine, dishwasher, television, fast and free WIFI connection, air conditioning, independent heating, reserved parking space inside the courtyard.
Around the house there is a well-kept garden with barbecue and games for children. There is a gazebo area with a table and chairs for outdoor summer lunches and dinners.
The apartment is in a very convenient area to visit, in addition to Venice, other important cultural centers of Veneto: Padua (20 min.), Treviso (20 min.), Venetian villas of the Riviera del Brenta (reachable with a beautiful cycle path) ), Verona (1 hour), Jesolo (30 min.).
In the villa there is another apartment used for tourist use for 4/6 people.
