Convenient location

Really nice bathroom and spacious room. The entrance instructions are very detailed and we had no issue getting in. Very convenient location.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable but everything was nice and clean. Location is convenient just not the nicest, but the building feels very safe.

Owner does not respond and photos are not up to date

The AC/airconditioning worked really well, even when over 30 C outside. Only 5-10 minute walk to trainstation Mestre, to take the train to Venice.

No communication possible with owner, only short after reservation but not close before or during the stay! We got the wrong studio/appartment in the building, we tried to contact the owner but no response. TV didn't work, tried to contact owner but again, no response. The kitchen ventilation for cooking is there, but there is nowhere to plug it in for electricity. The fridge did not work/cool well. Plus the photo online of this appartment we got (with the green bed) showed a big fridge and freezer, but it is only a small fridge. My advice; if you do not care about any of the above, it is nice to sleep cool and be in Venice quick. If not, please do not rent this place.

A Truly Magical Stay — If You’re a Maso

Near the train station.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the adventure that is entering the unit. First, crack the code to the key/password/door puzzle combo (I think I unlocked a new skill in the process). Bonus points if you manage to nerf the door open without summoning a demon. Hungry? Fire up the induction stove — just make sure you use the one (1) stainless pot available, or the stove gets emotionally offended and won’t work. Pro tip: The kettle located directly below the TV doubles as an exhaust fan! Because why have ventilation near the stove when you can have boiling water wafting into your Netflix marathon? Now, the sofa bed. It’s a puzzle, but an “easy” one — if you’re used to IKEA escape rooms. Comes without bedding, but hey, who doesn’t love the raw, itchy embrace of a fabric last dusted during the Black Plague? Speaking of which, the duvet seems to be a direct import from the year 1300. If you find yourself itching uncontrollably, congratulations: you’ve uncovered one of the apartment’s many hidden features. Heating? Oh yes — it works magically. And by that, I mean it disappears exactly when you need it most. Warm during the day, freezing at night — it’s like nature, but worse. In the shower, you’ll find bold, thriving molds. They’re not just for show — they’re a lifestyle choice. Right next to them is a dish sponge that has seen more horror than any human should. Handle with gloves, therapy, and a tetanus shot. Noise-wise, you’re asked to be as silent as a monk in a library. The neighbors can smell fun. Also, good luck with the bed’s headboard — one wrong move and it’ll start a drum solo against the wall, followed by passive-aggressive ghost knocks from next door. All in all, if you like living dangerously and have a passion for passive suffering, this place is the vibe. Would recommend… to my worst enemy.

Pleasant

Tidy & clean. It was quite easy to catch the bus into Venice, over a 3km bridge.

We found it quite difficult to get in to the property, there was no one there to meet us or explain. We had to check in online. It was quite a walk to decent restaurants. It was in a high migrant population area who were quite noisy in the streets.

Nice enough but difficult to find in the dark also not in the greatest neighborhood felt a little uncomfortable two females walking around trying to find the place.

Disappointing

Liked the location of the hotel. Very close to the bus stop to go to Venice. The owner immediately answers the call and tries to do everything that was asked of him.

Very inconvenient when the whole bath is outside the room. And every time you need to wash a mug or rinse a plate, you need to run to the toilet through the entire hall. Unfortunately the TV didn't work. And there was a lack of night light in the room.. There was also no coffee, no sugar, no salt. We had to buy everything ourselves for 3 days. Mugs are very uncomfortable. They are almost impossible to hold when they are hot. In general, it was not so bad if not for these unpleasant little things.

Good

The Location was really good, just 2 minutes to the station where you can take buses to Venice and 7 minutes to the central station where you can take train or buses to the airports or another cities. Overall a good place to spend an night or 2.

• The cleanliness was kind of poor. Found a woman under ware in the shelf. Hairs overall in the bathroom and in the bottom shelf, was disgusting. A long lasted dust on the pipes of the bathroom heater, where you just disdain to dry something. • The host has provided a well explained guide on how to check in the day before. It was all clear. However the building door has to be opened with the provided link by the host using an internet connection. What if someone has no internet or battery charge in his/her smartphone upon arrival? The check in process (especially building door opening) needs to be reviewed. • The pillows, OMG they were so uncomfortable..(( couldn't sleep well 2 nights.

Great for visiting Venezia, especially if you plan on going a lot around the city.

Nice, small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable, That makes this apartment great since it is in Mestre, and has a great connection by train and bus to the islands of Venezia and we did not spent a lot of time inside anyway. So we just needed a clean and comfortable place to come for rest and sleep during the night. The host was very polite and forthcoming, we had a problem with a lock one night and could not get inside due to misunderstanding, and he even came to sort it out and open the door for us even though it was almost 23h.

I don’t have enough time to list all the things that were terrible with the property and the experience but I will list my major concerns and why I left the property an hour after getting there…. my major concern was no one being there when I got there so my children and I had to play detectives to find the keys and the door to the keys as nothing was labeled, when I called the emergency numbers I received a message saying I will call you right back and never received a call back finally we figured out the door as the keys were left in the mailbox, once we yard into the hallway we had to again figure out which of the five doors was our apartment once we got in the place was infested with flying ants which we kept stepping on as we were walking around I proceeded to go to the bathroom and that’s where the infestation of bugs came from I look near the toilet and there was about an inch of white powder around the toilet, which I am assuming was poison for bugs…we were trying to make the best of it but as we walked around we could hear the crunch of bugs under our feet. Also …couch never had bedding for me to sleep …it was our worst nightmare ..after traveling for 15 hours the last thing you want is a very unprofessional experience. .

Good

Helpful and friendly host, we waited for him outside the accommodation to let us in. Great location in Mestre, close to the train station, shops and bus stops. The bed and pillows were comfortable and thanks to the blinds on the windows we had a very restful sleep.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The surfaces in the room were dusty and some were unclean. We didn't use the dishes provided as they didn't seem very clean either. There was a musty/moldy smell in the room, but we got rid of it by keeping the windows open and the bathroom ventilation on.

Chuveiro quente e forte. Localização próxima a estação Veneza Mestre.

Banheiro privativo fica fora do quarto. Tem que atravessar a área comum para usar o banheiro. Dentro do quarto não há pia para higienizar as mãos e os itens a serem utilizados. Tudo muito antigo (parece que usaram o que sobrou de outro lugar). TV não funciona. Precisa de modernização e mais conforto.

Lamentable, à éviter à tout prix !!

Très peu professionnel, le premier soir nous n’avons pas pu accéder à l’appartement car l’hôte n’avais pas validé notre inscription (malgré que nous ayons respecté les délais et payer). Quand nous avons enfin réussi à accéder à l’appartement le 2eme jour, l’état du logement étais lamentable très sale et avec des cafards ! Sans parler des murs très mal isolé donc on entend tout. Malgré les message envoyer à l’hôte, nous n’avons pu ni annuler le séjour ni être rembourser, il ne nous a même pas répondu. Je vous encourage vivement à éviter ces logements, très mauvaise expérience.

Brudno, meble stare, okurzone. Szuflady się rozpadały w ręcę. Na pościeli zacieki. Wyposażenie kuchni słabe, jeden kubek na całe mieszkanie! Mydło skończyło się w łazience po 2 dniach mimo że nas prawie nie było. W kabinie prysznicowej brakuje jednych drzwi, jest zasłona. Na start otrzymaliśmy pół rolki papieru toaletowego. Na balkonie brudny stolik i krzesła, popielniczka z petami nie opróżniona. Ściany cienkie, ciężko zasnąć.

Elhelyezkedés (közel van:busz és vonat állomás, van egy nagy bolt is a közelbe) Kedves és segítőkész volt a kapcsolat tartó.

Bejárati ajtó állapota borzalmas volt. Alig lehetet be jutni a szállásra a rossz zár rendszer miatt. Egy darab kis takaró van ágyhoz, kevés WC papír! Konyha állapota romos.

Podsumowując – wróciłabym tam po raz drugi bez obaw, spokojnie można przeżyć kilka dni.

Mieszkanie jest całkiem w porządku, znajduje się blisko dworca kolejowego. Mieszkaliśmy w mieszkaniu nr 2 i byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni, że łazienka znajdowała się w środku mieszkania. Bardzo spodobało nam się rozwiązanie z wejściem do pokoju – wszystko odbywa się zdalnie przez aplikację, wystarczy jedno kliknięcie w telefonie i drzwi się otwierają. Przed zameldowaniem właściciel kilkukrotnie przesłał dokładne instrukcje i przypomnienia dotyczące procesu zameldowania – wszystko było jasne i nie miałam żadnych pytań. Polecam przejść proces zameldowania jeszcze przed wylotem, ponieważ trzeba zrobić zdjęcia z paszportem, co zajmuje trochę czasu i nie warto zostawiać tego na ostatnią chwilę. W pokoju łóżko było bardzo wygodne, są zewnętrzne rolety, które zapewniają całkowitą ciemność. Jest też kilka koców. Jeśli chodzi o kuchnię, warto mieć ze sobą ścierki i gąbkę. Patelnia jest bardzo mała, jeden garnek również, drugi większy – ale niestety kuchenka indukcyjna go nie rozpoznaje.

Przy wejściu do mieszkania od razu czuć zapach stęchłego powietrza, ale po przewietrzeniu było już w porządku. W łazience nie było żadnych kosmetyków, ale były suszarka do włosów i ręczniki. Woda z prysznica spływała szybko, słuchawka była nowoczesna i wygodna. Umywalka była duża, jest także bidet.

Комфортное месторасположение, но не комфортные кровати на которых неудобно спать

Комната была не та ,что опубликовано на фото , бронировали с диваном ,а оказалось с маленьким раскладным креслом на котором очень некомфортно спать, и одеяла очень старые с запахом ,которые не заправлялись в пододеяльник, была предложена только 2 простыни на троих человек.

Canapeaua foarte incomfortabila, mobila veche, geamuri fara plase de tantari/insecte , frigiderul nu functioneaza foarte bine, liftul in bloc nu merge/nu se deschide usa. Caldura...se opreste dupa ceva timp si e destul de frig in camera

La comodidad del apartamento como la ubicación y la limpieza del mismo.

Al llegar me sorprendió que no hubiera papel higiénico ni gel de ducha, un percance que si hubiera llegado unas horas más tarde habría sido un problema de verdad si las tiendas hubieran estado cerradas.

La zona non è ottimale, la sera (alle 20) non è piacevole camminare da soli per le strade. Gli oggetti come il microonde usati da ospiti prima di me erano sporchissimi, nella camera c’era odore di cucinato
