It's easy and quick to get to Venice (about 10–15 minutes by Bus 7). The bus stop is very close. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The host helped arrange a transfer to the airport at night, which was very convenient.
The sofa is not comfortable to sleep on.

Close proximity to public transport to Venice was very useful. The supermarket right next door was a real bonus. Apartment was large and very neat.
Shortage of cooking utensils and a microwave which makes preparing meals difficult if you want to eat at flat. Not a problem if you plan on eating out for main meals.

The room was quite big and nicely decorated, located 2 mins from a bus stop to Venice. Also close to 2 food supermarkets. Quiet neighborhood.
Very short on kitchen supplies, so you can barely cook something. Cockroaches in the kitchen part and under the sink. Bed linen and dishes are not cleaned properly. Only one air conditioner on the middle of the flat.
