Room was clean with functional layout for 4 persons. Good kitchen equipment for cooking breakfast. Deeply appreciated the mattress quality to enhance sleep quality. Quiet surroundings and allow luggage storage after check-out. Responsive host to give clear instructions for check-in and other queries. Also with wonderful nearby Ristorantino de Carla to offer high quality meals (mush better than many overpriced restaurants on Venice island). Close to public transport to Venice island.

The lighting in dining room was not in order, but the only living room lighting was too strong and uncomfortable. Also don't understand why the curtains in bedroom and bathroom were a bit semitransparent, giving rise to privacy concern when the indoor lighting was strong at night. But overall, these problems do not affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Clean rooms. Helpful owner. Good communication. Easy check in process.

Great place to stay

All contact with the host was reasonably prompt, very clear and really helpful. The apartment was very close to transport links and amenities, it was clean and quiet and true to the pictures shown. The bed and sofa bed were comfy and the linen was crisp and fresh. Everything in the apartment worked well and there were enough pots, and plates etc if you're going to do your own cooking. There are some great eateries just outside so you wouldn't be stuck for choice. The supermarket is a few mins walk, also a bonus! The air-conditioning was fabulous and very much needed as it was roasting when we visited. The Nespresso was a great touch as was the big fridge and a dishwasher if you choose to use it. Can't praise the host Sofia and Andrea enough. The coffee, tea, milk, biscuits was appreciated. The bottle of prosecco was delightful and ice cubes already frozen for us are the little touches that can make your day after a long journey. Thank you. We would definitely come and stay again.

I needed a tea towel so I could dry my dishes! But apart from that, there wasn't anything else!
