Disappointing

The location is fairly good the kitchen had the basics needed, price not too high compared to other places. Relatively fast response upon messages. Next day new bed linen was provided. Windows are in a good state keeping the noice out.

Upon arrival half of the duvet cover was still drying on a rack and was not usable so we finally went to bring our own sleeping bags and sheet. The furniture seems like assembled from student housing leftovers and is partially in a bad condition e.g. kitchen seems to be a in use since the 50s, stove was quite dirty. Doors can’t be closed or are missing, which is annoying when trying not to wake up everyone in the morning. Floor in the kitchen is crumpling. No tiles anywhere in the bathroom but PVC glued to the wall.

Superb

The owner was very nice and when we just arrive there he wiling to pick us up in the stasion. We can also do our laundry as much as we like and the location was very strategic. 5 min walk to the tram station

4 person is the maximum person you can bring bcs it’s very small n it will be hard to walk around the house.

Horrible : argent jetté par la fenêtre

Le propriétaire m’a mis des vues par messages. Je suis arrivée avec mon bébé en pleine canicule sur la ville de Grenoble. Pas de ventilateur . Pas d’eau chaude.Mon bébé et moi n’avons dormi qu’une nuit sur les quatre payées en raison des conditions du logement . J’ai demandée au propriétaire quand est-ce que je dois récupérer ma caution de 150 € . Ce qu’il fait ? Il me met un remis de plusieurs jours. J’étais avec mon bébé de deux mois et trois semaines. Je n’ai même pas eu le droit à une excuse concernant l’eau chaude. Par rapport au ménage. Je suis arrivé, il y avait des serviettes dans la machine. Un mouchoir avec du sang dans la poubelle de la salle de bain. Je ne suis pas resté assez longtemps pour "inspecter " . Propriétaire exécrable. Irrespectueux. Si je ne récupère pas ma caution de 150 €. Je porterai plainte.

Localisation géographique

Mauvaise odeur (renfermé et fumée) dès l’entrée dans l’appartement. Gros problème de propreté dans la cuisine : sol abimé, dessus de frigo abimé et sale, assiettes et couverts sales et manque d’ustensiles. Dans le salon : linge étendu et canapé abimé et pas très propre. Sans parler du bruit : passage du train à proximité et bar discothèque en dessous (musique jusqu'à 2h00 du matin) ! Très déçus par notre séjour.

Español: El apartamento no cumple con nada de lo prometido. Está muy sucio, huele mal y la calefacción funcionaba a veces. Hemos tenido que limpiar nosotros el apartamento para poder tener una estancia decente. Un horror , no recomendable . El microondas, nevera, cuarto de baño muy sucio y no hay ni un tenedor. Francés: L'appartement n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qui avait été promis. Il est très sale, sent mauvais et le chauffage ne fonctionne pas toujours. Nous avons dû nettoyer l'appartement nous-mêmes pour passer un séjour décent. Une horreur, à déconseiller. Le micro-ondes, le frigo, la salle de bain très sale et même pas une fourchette. Inglés: The flat does not live up to its promise. It is very dirty, smells bad and the heating doesn't always work. We had to clean the flat ourselves to have a decent stay. A horror, not recommended. Microwave, fridge, bathroom very dirty and not even a fork.
