Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 9 m² living room with fitted kitchenette and sleeping area, plus a bathroom (with bath). - A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath and WC
The studio is ideally located in Grenoble, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
A fan is provided; as the flat is located in the attic, it can be quite hot in summer.

If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat (paying car park).
