Too hot! Needs some attention.

Great location. Commutative property management and generous to let us drop bags off before check in time. Nice little kitchen.

This is located on the top floor of a 5 story building. Way too hot inside for a summer rental, even with the fan and air conditioning unit. There is an underlying stench in the apartment that all the air fresheners they’ve placed throughout can’t cover.

Gem at the center of the Grenoble

The location is optimal...very close to the city center. The apartment itself is beautiful and self-sufficient with amenities. There's a cooler and fan inside so we could stay cool during summer days! Highly recommend this apartment:)

It was adequate for a 2 night stay for the price and location

Location was superb. The elevator could fit our bikes.

The very bad smelling bathroom drains; the air-conditioning hose kept falling off its window inlet attachment point (the 4th floor attic apartment was quite hot with only one window); the front door was very difficult to unlock; there was no kettle; there was hardly any dish detergent and no laundry detergent (even though there was a good washing machine); it would have been nice to have some shower products and perhaps a few coffee pods (instead of providing an unnecessary empty holder for them!)

we are easing going people and hope all the problem can be solved!

Never booked this apartment in Summer! We only use the living room for sleeping since there is only a floor-standing airco in the living room. Cleaned apartment but smells in the whole appartement specially in the bath room terrible since there are no windows except a roof one in the bedroom. There are no garbage can as well!

Odeur très désagréable et logement pas tres propre, nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes mais uniquement les draps du lit ont été mis à disposition donc quelqu’un a dû dormir sur le canapé sans rien

La cocina está bien equipada y la ubicación es muy buena

El olor dentro del apartamento es insoportable. Huele todo el tiempo a tuberías muy fuerte Éramos 3 personas y la cama del sofá no estaba hecho. Ni siquiera sacaron las sábanas, tuvimos que buscarlas por toda la casa.

Très mauvais expérience que se retrouver à la rue à 23h...

Si vous voulez vous retrouver dehors à 23h30 sans solution, choisissez ce logement. Bien que prévenu d'une arrivée tardive, le propriétaire n'a envoyé aucune instruction pour accéder au logement, n'a répondu sur aucun des numéros de téléphone fournis et à aucun des SMS envoyés. Pas d'explication, pas d'excuses L'étoile Grenobloise c'est "la belle étoile" => fuyez

Céntric, però si fa calor la nit serà dura

El pis està molt ben situat, és bonic i pràctic per 2 persones, està suficientment equipat

Nosaltres erem 4 i el sofa llit no es gaire còmoda i està una micat brut! L'entrega de claus va ser molt caòtica, no vam rebre cap missatge previ a l'arribada per fer el cheking i vam haber d'enviar missatges durant 1/2 hora fins que van contestar. El pis estava preparat (llençols) per 2 i vam haber de reclamar els llençols del sofà-llit, això si, van ser ràpids en venir. La ventilació no es gaire bona, fa olor de clavegueram a l'habitació i a l'agost feina molta calor a l'habitació (que estava climatitzada amb un ventilador insuficient) la sala-cuina te un pinguino que si el saps connectar refreca l'estància.

A anfitriã alterou o código de acesso ao local onde, supostamente, estavam as chaves e não me avisou com a devida antecedência. O código que me tinha fornecido anteriormente não funcionou. Por isso, não consegui entrar no apartamento e beneficiar do alojamento que já tinha pago há várias semanas. Ao chegar e ao verificar a inacessibilidade com o código que ela me tinha fornecido, tentei comunicar com ela pelo telefone (chamada e SMS), durante cerca de duas horas, e ela nunca me atendeu nem respondeu. Horrível! Tive que ir procurar e pagar outro alojamento. Isto é inaceitável e o Booking é corresponsável por este procedimento que viola todas as regras de Alojamento Local, em que a confiança mútua é essencial para que tudo corra bem. Exijo, pois, que me seja devolvido, na íntegra, o que paguei por este alojamento.

Tragico ed infernale soggiorno

Nonostante miei mail e messaggi-chiamate ripetuti 1 giorno prima e tutto il giorno della presa di possessione dello studio l'étoile de Grenoble, su WhatsApp, sono stato avvisato per whatsapp soltanto, dopo un silenzio mortale, e soltanto 2 minuti prima delle ore 21:00 mentre aspettavo dalle ore 19:30 davanti all'entrata come orario previsto alle ore 20:00; per avere il codice della porta principale e il codice di accesso cofanetto delle chiavi messi nella scatola delle lettere. Ma l'ultimo codice non funzionava. Così ho richiesto il codice giusto tramite whatsapp e mails per più di 2 ore e mezzo. Mentre prendevo un altro albergo distante 7 km in tram notturno della struttura, ho scritto su Booking e sul numero whatsapp dell'étoile di Grenoble che temevo di essere vittima di una truffa, così avevo deciso di portare lamentela l'indomani alla Polizia di Stato e ho scritto lo stesso su Booking. 5 minuti prima delle ore 11:00 ho ricevuto una chiamata telefonica di una signora che non si è presentata né scusata... E che verbalmente ha comunicato il nuovo codice delle chiavi, Cassonetto a mio figlio presente con me ( lui alloggia a casa sua fuori Grenoble in uno studio piccolissimo). Io non volevo più ricominciare l'inferno di prima. Poi mio figlio mi ha convinto a disdire la nuova prenotazione di albergo. Perché avevo già tutto pagato online. Lo Studio è confortevole ma di una oppressione totale e un caldo insopportabile. Da morire soffocato !!! Perché è una mansarda vecchissima, posta sui tetti e senza finestre nella stanza da letto. Giusto una "lucarne" piccolissima ed insufficiente per respirare bene! Per il resto, lo studio è pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. Ma senza Carta igienica a sufficienza nelle toilette. E giusto un pò di shampoing-doccia sufficiente soltanto per 2 docce. Ma almeno c'erano 3 serviettes de bain. Pulitissime... Poi il Check-out fu un altro incubo.

⛔️ A fuir à cause des méthodes: caution de 465€ toujours pas remboursée.

Logement propre, pratique et bien placé, mais peu lumineux, dans un immeuble au couloir lugubre. Mobilier à revoir : table de bar trop haute, pas de chaise dans la chambre pour poser ses vêtements. Demande d’une caution hallucinante de 465€ pour transmettre les informations d’accès au logement, créant un énorme trou dans le budget déplacement. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué n’est pas le bon. La caution devait être remboursée dans la semaine ; on est maintenant hors délai et ce n’est toujours pas fait malgré les relances.

Notre dépôt de garantie n étant pas passé ils on refusé de nous rembourser le prix de la chambre on leur a donc donné 80 euro pour ne pas pouvoir rentrer , jamais vu plus malhonnête.

Ce logement a tout pour être très agréable, seul le suivi au quotidien laisse à désirer.

La situation au coeur de la ville. Trouvé une place de parking facilement. Accès aux clés et au logement bien expliqué, très facile. Logement bien meublé, équipé, et décoré.

Pour le lit principal (deux personnes) les draps étaient posés et propres, OK. Pour le canapé-lit (3è personne), les draps étaient pliés (peut-être par un locataire précédent?), mais n'avaient pas été lavés. Deux serviettes étaient sales. Mauvaise odeur dans le placard de la chambre. Une lampe de chevet en panne (ampoule ?). Eclairage miroir salle de bains en panne.
