I couldn’t wait to go home

The location was great

Dirty, very dirty! Freezing cold inside.I slept with the jacket on. The bathroom was sooo dirty I was scared to take a shower. I cleaned my daughter with wipes because was so dirty and cold. I don t understand how the previous people staining here was happy with the apartment, because for us when we stepped in, was a sock. Never again will came back!

The only positive thing about this was it was just few meters away from station.

So I went there for my vacation . Maybe it was me who didn’t knew it was on ground floor or what idk but it was so hot we can’t even get fresh air as the windows were facing towards main road. Though there was AC but we couldn’t turn it on somehow and I texted the owner about TV ,he replied when my trip was over.☹️ and the sofa was so dirty we had to put towels before sitting. Not recommend

Best apartment

The cleanliness of the room was really surprising! It is very well equipped and very well located. The check in/check out processes are optimized and in general very comfortable. This is the only place I would stay in when visiting Grenoble.

Although there is a tram outside, the noise is not that bad at all. Barely noticeable. There is nothing I didn't like.

Superb

Really close to the train station. My baby loved the wide living room where he could crawl and play. Super practical for strollers as the access to the apartment is almost step-free.

The apartment is on the street level and whenever a tram goes by, the floor and bed vibrate.

Almost everything, huge space, complete equipments specially the kitchen and the perfect location..

It's obviously noisy because tramway passes by and it is in the center area. But this is anticipated.

It was very cold in the apartment, the installed heating facilities are not capable of heating up the place at all.

I wasn't aware the pull out couch was in such poor condition. Tram noise is loud, but we are used to this so it was not unbearable. No kitchen table, the bar is less convenient to eat.

Sono andata via dall’appartamento subito dopo averne constatato le condizioni pessime.

Solo la posizione, per il resto è inaccettabile affittare un appartamento ridotto in quello stato (vecchio e sporco) e per di più riscaldato malissimo.

Sono rimasta scioccata dalle condizioni del bagno (vecchio, sporco, con il tubo di scarico rotto ed una bacinella sotto), il wc privo di asse, la doccia sporca di muffa e calcare. 2 soli piccoli asciugamani per 2 persone e nessun bagnoschiuma. Il flacone del sapone per le mani era talmente annacquato che non faceva neanche schiuma. I cuscini del divano erano luridi, con macchie enormi ed erano coperti con un copri divano altrettanto sporco. Gli interruttori della luce erano sporchi e appiccicosi. Le stanze erano fredde ed il bagno privo di riscaldamento. La porta di ingresso aveva la maniglia rotta e l’illuminazione in generale era assolutamente insufficiente. Non c’era traccia del wifi dichiarato nell’annuncio.

Proche de la gare

Il faisait trop froid dans l'appartement malgré un chauffage d'appoint, Salle de bain pas propre,Mon fils de 11 ans est resté coincé au toilette.,le verrou défectueux. Canapé très salle,on a essayé d'ouvrir,il y avait de la nourriture et beaucoup de poussière dessus.,ma fille a fini par dormir dessus sans l'ouvrir. Très déçu
