Nice price but it does not deserve an 8

Good price. Nice parking on grounds. Nice and open view of surrounding mountains. Window blinds work well. Hosts are attentive

It is an old apartment in a suburb building. It had a nice refurbishment a long time ago but now it is wasted. Photos are old, I guess they were taken when it was refurbished. Many things deserve a good fix now. Kitchen utensils were not clean

Very good value for money

Very basic appartement but it suited my needs. Clean sheets and towels were available. The parking lot behind the property is very convenient indeed. The communication with the owner was smooth. We found a huge fridge/freezer and a good working dishwasher in the kitchen.

The property is located in a suburb, not many shops or resto/bars close by.

Room was clean. Wifi is working well. good location. not so far from downtown.

Opening the door with key is quite challange. It needs to push harder and turn same time, it takes time to use to it.,..

The flats was dirty and run down. Kitchen extremely greasy, dusty and dirty. Litter under sofa and bed. Diswasher not working properly. The location is not in a very pleasant part of Grenoble. We moved to hotel after one of two nights in flat.

Comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen and well presented. Being so close the the Tram make getting into the town center very easy. The owner was very helpful and quick to response to all communication. Secure parking on site was avalaible

Bel appartement propre mais manques de Chauffages.

Propreté de l'appart,mise en place des lits et serviettes,les explications claires pour accéder à l'appart et la sécurité du parking.

1-Manque de chauffage ou défaillance dans l'appart. 2-une porte du balcon de la cuisine laisse entré le froid de dehors qui refroidi vite l'appart parce la porte de la même cuisine reliant au Salon est juste démonté (rien) 3-la douche est moitié protégé par une vitre ,l'eau sort toujours dehors. Le lavabo de la douche est très haute pas pratique pour les enfants.

Parfait pour un séjour avantageux en famille.

Appartement rénové, fenêtres isolantes, très calme, avec parking fermé; 2 vraies chambres en plus du salon, plutôt rare à ce prix.

Cuisine avec vaisselle douteuse voire sale (pas de chance avec le locataire précédent?), mais l'appartement et la salle de bain étaient OK.

Espace intérieur - les chambres - accès parking- l accueil - sécurité de l appartement.

Les équipements misent à disposition étaient cassés, comme le lave vaisselle donc on n'a pas pu l utiliser, ventilateur ( un ventilateur pour toutes les pieces sachant qu'il n'y avait pas de clim). On n'a pas été averti des différents cases dans l appartement.

Le parking, très grand c'est top

Trop de choses cassées ou abimées et non réparées (robinet de cuisine, bouton de four, bonde de lavabo etc...) La cafetière est dégueu, je déconseille de s'en servir, passez le doigt dans le récipient à eau vous comprendrez.
