Serious problems in maintenance and complete lack of action to put things right.

It was in a good location

The apartment is in a very good location but behind the facade there were problems. We were fooled by the smart decor and very professional looking on-line brochure. It promised a lot but didn’t deliver when things went wrong. The first problem we came across was that there was no working light in the toilet and therefore the extractor fan didn’t work either. So you had to use it without closing the door or rely on some light coming through from the hall way via a hatch door. As this had been left open we guessed that previous visitors had had a same problem. We left a message but despite promises, and the commitment given in the brochure, no one ever came. The next problem we encountered was how to work the oven, as there were no instructions. Eventually I found the make and serial number on a sticker. I then went online and found the manufacturer’s manual for that model. Similarly there were no instructions for the electric hob and no switch to turn on the lights above it in the extractor hood (which had no extraction fan either). There were lights that didn’t work in the shower room, and the plugs in the two washbasins were both broken so that there was no way to drain the water once the plug was depressed as the levers were broken. There were only two coat hangers provided for the three wardrobes and the door of one of the wardrobes was not properly attached as some of the hinges were missing. On the morning of our penultimate stay, when we opened the curtains in the morning, the whole curtain rail came crashing down. The wall fixings were incorrectly fitted and loose and it looked as though this was not the first time it had happened. On informing the owners of the problems via Booking.com, we were asked to send photos via WhatsApp, which we did. We were told they would be passed on and that someone would get back in touch. We contacted the company twice further during our stay and on four occasions since.

State of the toliet door was difficult to close. Sometime the water pressure felt short. Parking only in the street, which is epensive - but this was shared by the landlord ahead of our stay.

Nice stay in Grenoble !

The location was great. The place is spacious. The app to check-in and get the instructions is very nice. The staff is very helpful and available.

Grenoble at that time of the year is very noisy and warm. The place wasn't equipped with AC nor with fans. We had to spend two nights with open windows and no fans, under 36-38C. I would suggest to have fans stored within the flat during the summer.

照片很現代美麗，實際是老舊房子與內裝，不要為了照片裡漂亮的內裝而訂房，實際不是那樣，你應該為了其他誘因而訂房。

房子很大，有三個房間，一個客廳，一個餐廳與廚房。距離車站，不算遠也不算近，步行約十五分鐘，屬於尚可接受的距離。樓下就有超市，採購方便，也有很大的冰箱可以存放採買的東西。電視有提供netflix，附近餐廳很多，不需要擔心吃的問題。自助check-in and check-out都很方便，與住宿提供方的聯繫也算方便 (透過whatsapp or booking.com)，回應也算即時。

不能說照片完全不一樣，但只能說照片裡面東西都有，但感覺完全不一樣.....如果你是沖著照片看起來很明亮整潔，裝潢得很好很舒服而訂房，那我可以給你最好的忠告是不要，你完全不應該為了這些而訂房；如果你是沖著便利性/房子大小/有廚房而訂房，那沒問題。整體房子給人感覺有些陰森且老舊，完全不像照片給人潔白明亮很有裝潢的感覺。如其他評論，洗澡水很小，稍微調整一下冷熱，就從很燙到冰冷，你要自己適應調整。而且有收取五百歐元押金，我入住時先花了一個小時檢查抽屜櫃子電器等等所有東西，並找出了近十處有問題的地方拍照錄影提供給房東，以免他們認為是我損壞的，而扣除我的押金。洗碗水槽那有很多的類似果蠅之類的小飛蟲，殺都殺不完，感覺極差。

8 días en Grenoble y los Alpes

El apartamento es muy grande, está reformado y a un paso andando del centro, es un cuarto piso con 2 balcones, uno al frente y otro que da al patio del edificio y tiene ascensor, pero no tiene aire acondicionado, solamente un ventilador en cada habitación y en el salón, que no usamos ya que esos días de julio no hubo ola de calor y la temperatura era agradable. Tengo que decir que elegí este piso debido a que mi reserva anterior fue cancelada, la noche anterior a mi llegada a Grenoble, sin ninguna justificación ni escusa, por lo que el apartamento "Soyeux de la bruyère/ grenoble*parking gratuit" debería ser penalizado seriamente, ya que no puede hacerse esto con nadie. Booking me ofreció 4 opciones para re-alojarnos y escogí este, ya que dispone de 3 habitaciones separadas para la familia. La estancia fue agradable, pese al mal inicio que hemos tenido con la cancelación de la primera opción.

No me gustó el proceso tras la reserva y pago en Booking ya que el alojamiento te obliga a dejar una tarjeta de crédito, con una obligación de fianza de 500€ que informan que en 15 días desbloquean si no hay daños en la propiedad. En mi caso, abandoné la propiedad el día 27 de julio y fue el 17 de agosto (21 días) cuando recibí un correo que se desbloqueaba mi fianza y que no me reclamarían nada. Ante tal situación, hicimos fotos y revisamos el piso para ver que todo estaba correcto, pero me encontré con numerosas cositas, que no me gustaron ya que podrían decir que fuimos nosotros los que habíamos hecho dichos desperfectos, por ejemplo un cajón de una mesa de dormitorio estaba descolgado, los tapones de los 2 lavabos del baño no se bloqueaban ya que los 2 sistemas estaban sueltos. De estas cosas envié fotos y video al propietario y me contesto que si quería que los reparase que venían el día que yo quisiera, a lo que le contesté que no hacía falta, solamente los envié para que quedará constancia que estos desperfectos ya estaban antes de nuestra llegada. La puerta del inodoro, que está en la entrada del piso, queda siempre abierta a menos que se cierre por dentro, por lo que es un poco molesto al salir y sobre todo al entrar en el apartamento, al pegar con la puerta de entrada y no poder abrirla sin antes cerrar la del baño. También había algunas rayas/manchas en paredes, que no daría importancia de no ser por la fianza, hice fotos por si me reclamaban pero no paso nada. También apareció una taza de café, a mayores de las que estaban en el armario de la cocina, no sé si la reclamaron a algún cliente anterior, en el armario del balcón del patio, que alguien dejo olvidada, con cenizas y una colilla... El piso al ser un cuarto tiene en los lavabos del baño poca presión de agua, esto puede ser fallo del edificio y no de la propiedad, lo dejo como informativo y no como una queja. Por lo demás todo bien, pero esas cosillas deslucen un poco la estancia...
