THE ACCOMMODATION
This spacious 41 m² apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen that has kept all its charm of yesteryear, a living room and an independent bedroom. Located on the first floor, this apartment will allow you to benefit from a pleasant outdoor space thanks to the garden ☀️ shared by the inhabitants of the building. You will also benefit from secure parking near the accommodation.
For your comfort and to allow you to live this experience as best as possible, several facilities are at your disposal:
* a double bed, bed linen and towels
* a dressing room
* a pedestal fan
* a 40' (100 cm) flat screen TV with access to Netflix 🎬
* a Bluetooth 🎶 soundbar
* an office
* an internet connection via fiber + wifi

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This residential area has the particularity of being located on the outskirts of the city center and the train station. In a few minutes, you will have access to everything that an attractive area can offer (green spaces, a large park with children's games, two food markets and all the local shops). And for sports enthusiasts, all you have to do is cross the street to enjoy an indoor municipal swimming pool.
GETTING AROUND GRENOBLE
Parking around the accommodations are paid from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm, however secure parking is available 250m from the apartment.
Why not get around by scooter or electric bike! You will find a station at the foot of the building.
The train station and the GEM business school are within walking distance.
Tram lines An and B, located 200m away, will allow you to easily access the downtown, the scientific polygon of the peninsula or even the university campus of Gières.
By car, you can reach the A48 in 5 minutes, which will allow you to move quickly to the north and south of Grenoble.

Super landing space for a first two-week stay transitioning countries. Vibey friendly neighborhood and comfortable pretty well-appointed apartment. Darker in real life than in photos with privacy and security shutters that can be opened by day. We didn’t in the end have our dogs with us but it would have been a reasonable place for them too, with a shared rough garden out in the back. Jonathan was responsive and helpful. Recommended for a short to medium-short stay.

Found this great spot near family while visiting. Near to markets, shops, cafe's and more. The apartment was very nice. Clean & comfortable with everything we needed.
