Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
– Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
– Bedroom 2: with a sofa bed (140x190)
– A bathroom with shower and toilet

The flat is ideally located in Grenoble, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
– Discover Grenoble: stroll through the city’s neighbourhoods, explore the local markets and shops, or head to the lively city centre with its cafés, restaurants and museums.
– For nature lovers: in both summer and winter, the Vercors and Chartreuse mountains offer a wealth of activities. Enjoy magnificent hikes and mountain bike trails during the warmer months, then the joys of winter sports in nearby resorts such as Chamrousse, Les 7 Laux or Lans-en-Vercors as soon as winter arrives. The Alpine views are spectacular, and the Bastille cable car offers breathtaking views of Grenoble and its surrounding mountains.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
