The elevator didn’t work at the time but this was no big deal at all.

Nice place very clean, lots of fresh air, good area of Grenoble

Great view. Close to station. AC. New appliances. Roomy.

Apartment on the 6th floor so a great view of the mountains, but the elevator was out of order for our stay. The host offered us to cancel if we wanted, but we managed the stairs. She offered a late checkout if we needed it, and we were able to check in early too.

The apartment was super quiet, nicely equipped. The landlady was super nice and suportive, for the dog there are some nice areas to walk the dog during daytime close by (Parc Dauphine, Isere, a small parc below the apartment) There are lots of restaurants nearby, no matter what type of kitchen you like. We also had plenty of things to explore in the evenings after work!

the parking situation is a bit tricky, but there are options to either book into a garage nearby, or find spots close the building at the streets, so not even an issue, just be aware that the region is probably not optimized for big cars ;)

Pretty and convenient apartment

Very pretty and cosy apartment. Within walking distance to all major attractions. The place was very well secured. Almost like breaking into a bank vault to open the door!

Bed was a bit soft and small. That’s our personal opinion.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est bien situé, il est à la fois près de la gare et proche du centre ville. Il est lumineux, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et très bien équipé.

Le chauffage est un peu insuffisant, notamment dans la chambre principale.

Très comfort et tout près de la gare

Tout était tres bien concernant le logement et la localisation. J'ai beaucoup apprécie les gentilles attentions ( biscuits, décoration de Noel, les petits chaussons, le code wifi...) l'arrivée dans le logement est très agréable avec accès au 6eme par ascenseur. Bine que la conciergerie ne travaille que par email tout s'est excellemment bien passé.

La température était très très bonne dans tout l'appartement sauf dans la chambre ou il faisait beaucoup plus frais. heureusement j'ai pu utiliser un linge de lit supplémentaire dans le placard. je suis très satisfaite de mon court séjour, Je trouve néanmoins que 166 euro la nuit reste assez élevé pour une personne seule.

Appartement correct si les voisins ne sont pas là pour faire la fête

L’appartement est correct sans plus, bien situé mais pas de vue, les fenêtres tombent sur un mur de béton.

Nous avons annulé notre deuxième nuit parce que lors de la première nuit on c’est fait réveiller à 4h30 du matin par les voisins qui sont arrivés et on continuer le party avec de la musique et ils discutaient fort. L’appartement n’est pas bien insonorisé du tout on entendait tout.

Un agréable séjour que nous renouvellerons si possible dans cette location.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est excellent à grande proximité de la gare, du vieux Grenoble et des principaux axes de tramway. L’appartement est bien équipé avec tout le confort attendu, refait à neuf et agréablement décoré. L’immeuble est parfaitement calme et la vue sur la ville, le massif de la Chartreuse, ainsi que la chaîne de Belledonne très agréable. L’air conditionné est un plus en plein été. Merci à Valérie pour la qualité de son accueil et sa sollicitude.

Très confortable et idéalement placé

Très bon emplacement, à coté de la gare et à 10 minutes du centre historique. L'appartement a été refait, il est nikel avec le souci du détail.

Le prix est un peu cher pour une nuit en raison du forfait pour le ménage et l'entretien. Mais le prix de base est tout à fait correct.
