Beautiful apartment, great location, needs a little attention

Location is fabulous! So many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bakeries footsteps away. The tram is also just a short walk away. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. There were extra linens and towels in the closets during our stay. The beds were firm which we found to be quite pleasant. I LOVED the automatic rolling shutters in the bedrooms. Host was generally quite responsive via What's App.

Accessing the key and apartment was difficult - as noted, clear instruction is not provided regarding where to find the key or what apartment you are even looking for. I eventually got help after 30 min. The apartment was pretty grimy (mold around the shower, grimy washing machine, and stains on the sofa) - the unit needs a simple deep clean. The dining chairs tip easily as the children fell while trying to get off them. Kitchen could use some basic tools - wine opener, chef's knife, bread knife.

Great location, enjoyed Grenoble immensely. Let down with the accommodation

The location was great.

We were supposed to receive a message 7 days prior to arrival to arrange payment of security deposit. However, it came the night before arrival. This caused issues with our bank transfer, so we were stuck at the door waiting for the clearance and ended up having to use my daughter's Wise card. Lucky, because it seemed as though we would end up sleeping in the park. After Host demanded payment prior to entry, they ended dragging out refund of security bond for 7days. Makes it difficult to finance your holiday. We stayed in 8 different properties across Europe & this was the only one with a security deposit requirement. Check in was 5pm - ridiculous. We booked for 5, utilizing the sofa bed, however no additional sheets / pillows were provided Bed linen was extremely ordinary

Grande ed accogliente. Spazi ampi e ottima pulizia. In pieno centro comoda ai servizi. Molto calda, perfetta per il rientro dalle piste da sci.

Qualche inconveniente tecnico con la caldaia, ma che non ha mai compromesso l’efficienza dell’appartamento.

Sem dúvidas localização era boa, fácil acesso ao centro a pé. Predio calmo apto amplo. Com algumas coisas a serem melhoradas.

Entrada às 17h acho que é sem noção pagamos por um dia e usamos menos da metade dele. Resolvemos pagar para entrar às 15h, estava tudo OK “achamos” no dia da chegada nenhuma informação de como entrar, ligamos as 15h agência não tinha nenhuma informação do pagamento nada. Ficamos 55min a porta a espera que ela confirmasse que pagamos para dar o código. Acho que caução de 800€ e demasiado para as condições do apartamento e levam 7 a 8 dias úteis para liberar seu cartão, porém na hora de fazermos a garantia diz que seria 24h após nossa saída, falta muitas coisas como utensílios de cozinha, um bom estendal, máquina lavar roupa em condições, os travesseiros são duros e altos, irmos para um torcicolo dia a seguir e a roupa de cama poderia ser melhor qualidade visto que pedem valor tão alto. Outro detalhe foi que reservamos para 4 Mas só deixarem 2 toalhas, fizemos o pedido, mas eles só poderiam deixar as toalhas no dia a seguir, segundo eles durante período da manhã, eles foram às 14h uma moça com ar extremamente desagradável. Enfim tivemos de partilhar toalhas no primeiro dia para desenrascar. Todos esse detalhes que refiro, já vi aqui que alguns reclamam do mesmo, mas nada foi alterado.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit, tout s’est bien passé et les échanges ont été très faciles

Très belle appartement, spacieux, belle deco et très bon emplacement

Quelques dégâts constatés à notre arrivés ( Fuite sous lavabo des toilettes, tiroirs commode abîmé , poignée porte cassé) cela n’a pas du tout gâché notre séjour mais compte tenu du montant de la caution (800€ pour une nuit!!!), j’ai préféré les signaler.
