The property met our needs perfectly. It was well equipped with clean bedding and towels and the secure parking was again, perfect for our needs. Our host Pierre was hugely helpful when one of our party experienced problems with his motorbike and we were all very grateful for his and his wife's kindness.

The property would benefit from air conditioning. We were there during a heat wave and finding somewhere cool was difficult. Our hosts responded to this immediately and provided us with a large fan which we were grateful for.

Comfortable place to stay a short walk from Grenoble city centre.

Location suited us well, in a quiet residential area 20 minutes walk from the old town. A couple of bakeries, a Carrefour and a couple of takeaways were just a couple of minutes away. Son learning French so we didn't want to stay in the tourist bit. The villa is well laid out and a comfortable place to stay. Having a Tassimo coffee machine was a nice touch. The wifi was very good. The garden was looking a bit wild, but still very nice to have somewhere to sit out. We didn't meet the host but were provided with all the info we needed.

Three very minor quibbles: it would have been nice to have two keys as our son sometimes did his own thing, the stairs are quite steep, and the WC is in a very small room.

Air conditioning is essential.

There is a spacious parking available which is behind a remote controlled gate. The garden is again spacious with a big table and bench which is great for relaxing and drinking. The living room has a nice couch which turns in to a bed, has a big tv, and a good quality table and chairs. The kitchen has sufficent amounts of plates cutlery etc etc. The oven is modern and has a decent fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. Upstairs the stand in shower is amazing. Bedroom upstairs has decent beds and bedding but the with the heat we didnt spend too much time there as heat rises. In the cellar there is a hoover, washing machine and other cleaning products which are useful. This is a well kitted out small villa which comes at a good price, it just needs air conditioning and a few small fix ups.

We stayed here in July, the weather was 37 degress with no air conditioning. We stuggled to sleep it felt very uncomfortable being there at that time of year unfortunately. The hob in the kitchen didn't work. The toilet is in a small room, has no sink and you can't open the window, alongside this with no air conditioning this isn't the most practical or comfortable. We experienced a flying ant infestation in the kitchen, I killed around 100 of them, no idea where they came from but that subsided after I killed them.

Un joli lieu, calme et reposant

Le calme et la sécurité du lieu. L'atmosphère de la maison et sa décoration de bon goût. La possibilité de parquer la voiture à l'abri. La simplicité de l'accès (une télécommande + une clé). La propriétaire aimable et souriante.

Il y a un escalier final qui monte à la chambre, de 4 ou 5 marches, pour lequel une rampe serait appréciée (alors qu'il y a bien une rampe pour l'escalier principal). Utile surtout à la descente, la nuit.

Sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Motorräder

Wer eine Übernachtung mit sicherer Abstellmöglichkeit für seine Motorräder sucht, kommt um diese Unterkunft nicht herum. Sie sind dort sicher. Das Haus ist groß mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und hat einen schönen Garten. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Eigentlich ist es gut eingerichtet und hat viel Potential.

Es wurde geputzt, aber es war nicht sauber. Vieles, was man anfasste, fühlte sich klebrig an. In der Küche roch es unangenehm modrig. Es regnete dort durch das Glasdach auch rein. An den oberen Treppen fehlen Geländer - man sollte dort trittsicher sein. Bettwäsche war vorhanden - für uns allerdings befremdlich: wir mussten die Betten noch selber beziehen. Bei dem Preis hatten wir das anders erwartet. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns zu zweit i.O. Für mehrere Personen wird es schwierig mit der Privatsphäre, da der Zugang zu Bad und WC immer durch das eine Schlafzimmer läuft.

Rustige ligging, privé en veilige parking voor auto, fijne badkamer, makkelijke toegang en communicatie met verhuurder. Benedenverdieping

Er zou meer gemaakt kunnen worden van het huis door upgrade buitenruimte, nu wat gedateerd. Huis rook vochtig, kelderruimte mogelijk beter af te sluiten. Huis is goed uitgerust met keukenbenodigdheden, maar is allegaartje. We waren onaangenaam verrast door de mezzanine die boven de slaapkamer was gebouwd, en toegankelijk via een trap was vanuit de slaapkamer. Alle geluiden van die verdieping waren te horen, en gaf geen privé gevoel, ook al niet omdat de badkamer naast de beneden slaapkamer lag en degenen die boven sliepen altijd door die slaapkamer heen moesten. Dat was m.i. onvoldoende duidelijk in de beschrijving. Voor jonge kinderen is de mezzazine denk ik niet zo veilig, het luik moet altijd dicht.

L'atmosphère "chalet de montagne" alors qu'on est au centre-ville, le confort de la pièce de vie, l'esthétique globale, les fournitures dans la cuisine

L'annonce de "deux chambres" est abusive: il y a bien une belle chambre, à l'étage, MAIS la seconde "chambre" consiste en combles aménagés en dortoir avec trois lits, qui communiquent directement avec la chambre. Aucune isolation entre les deux, de plus la seule salle de bain se situe dans la chambre. Aucun intimité n'est possible. Il serait correct de l'indiquer clairement.

Goed verblijf voor een paar dagen. Helaas was er bij aankomst een probleem met het toilet. Verhuurder heeft geprobeerd dit op te tijd op te lossen. Maar dat is niet helemaal gelukt. Verder is alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Flinke wandelafstand naar het centrum, maar er is natuurlijk ook openbaar vervoer.

Woonkamergedeelte is erg donker. We hadden regenachtig weer en konden dus niet buiten zitten. Dan is een donkere verblijfsruimte niet zo fijn.

La porte d'entrée qui bloque énormément, le manque d'entretien global de la maison (ménage et matériel électro ménager), le lave vaisselle plein de vaisselle mal lavée à notre arrivée, l'odeur de moisi du RDC qui prend au nez,, la cuisine avec verrière de toit sale et sans aération, les limaces retrouvées au petit matin dans la cuisine alors que tout etait fermé, la chasse d'eau des WC qu'il faut ouvrir et sans cesse manipuler pour qu'elle fonctionne, l'immeuble dont les fenêtres plongent sur la maison et dont les occupants sont bruyants y compris jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

Wirklich toll gelegen in der Stadt. Sehr ruhig, sehr schön eingerichtet mit Außensitzgelegenheit. Hier ist alles da, was man braucht. Einfach schön!
