"BALBOA SEA ESCAPE" (10% Weekly Discount) Beach and Bay are a block away. "GARAGE PARKING" for a "SUB COMPACT Car". "AIR CONDITIONING" Located between Newport and Balboa Piers this mid Century 4 unit building on West Balboa Blvd Is perfect for short walks to either Pier and many fine restaurants, as well as the Balboa Ferry and the Catalina Flyer. This Studio apartment has a new shower with barn door, granite counter tops, stainless appliances with dishwasher. There is a comfy queen size captain's bed with storage underneath and ample closet and drawer space. Side tables are laptop tables to provide a workspace. Amenities include Smart TV, Cable, free Wifi, coin op washer and Dryer, there is a gas BBQ with table and chairs on a shared patio space. Beach chairs are provided and stored in the garage with the laundry. This is a ground floor unit. There is a small bathroom with a small shower. Quite hours are very important.
