Clean Apartment adjacent to Beach

Property is dirty and very outdated! If you plan on cooking don’t stay here! Very limited cookware and only 2 forks! Stained towels, one wash cloth, no cleaning supplies. When we arrived there was a dirty used ball cap hanging on a hat rack. A couple days later it was gone! So that means someone came in and got it while we were out! Not cool! The location is awesome!

This is the ideal spot if you are traveling to Newport. It is right on the boardwalk and only a short walk to Newport Pier,where there are many restaurants and shops. Only a little over a mile walk the other way to the Fun Zone. Gread location !!! However, we have found on our last 2 visits that things haven't been replenished or replaced. For example, the towels were stained as well as the bedspread. There was only 1 dish towel. All the faucets leaked. I don't think we'll be back to this property.

You can't beat the location. Manager is very receptive for am issues. We are going back in the spring.

The slider on the back door is broken. There’s a few screens that were broken. The back sliding door does not lock you have to use a broom handle the upstairs people very noisy much-needed updates pots and pans were very bad no can opener no dish towels. It was very mildewy, moldy smelling Just needs good good cleaning and lots and lots of updating When we got there the TVs did not work called property manager, who was awesome came right out and replaced the spectrum boxes from an upstairs unit. He did a very good job keeping in touch with us throughout the initial process. I’m very impressed. Nice guy thank you.

Communication: Excellent and speedy Location: Amazing! Could use updates to the property as there is rust in a few places, but it was clean and very convenient. No A/C, but otherwise, no complaints.

You can’t beat this location where you can watch the ocean waves from the kitchen/loving room window and listen to the waves as you sleep. The bed was comfortable and the entire apartment is adorable. It comes equipped with extra trash bags, and stuff to do the dishes. It even has two beach chairs and beach towels! The washer and dryer was definitely an added perk as was the covered parking. A must for any couple!

Great stay!

I had a great stay here and everything was great! Beautiful Newport Beach! I appreciate having a parking spot which was great! Bed was very comfortable and cozy. The only thing I could suggest is providing basic items like shampoo and bath soap. Not a big deal. Everything else was great! Julio was a great host! Thanks again!

Perfect for 2people.. walking to everything!

This apt is perfect if you want to be at the beach for your vacation. With included parking, beach chairs and towels provided, it’s literally a few steps to the sand and fun. You can even hear the waves crashing from inside the apt. There’s a couple of worn items (ceiling lights) but overall very clean and furniture is in great condition. Nice big screen tv in living room and the leather futon fold out couch has built in usb plugs! 5 min walk down to shops and restaurants on the beach. Big park across the street for more fun!

The apartment was just what we needed to be around family and be near the beach. It was comfortable, had parking, and was well equipped. We will stay there again if it is available.

I wanted to be on the beach and still be affordable. This checked all the boxes including washer and dryer and car port because parking at the beach is impossible. Clean modern yet with a beachy vibe perfect for one or two people

Love staying here. This is our 3rd time renting this apartment. Love how close it is to the beach. Within walking distance to restaurants. We have a Jeep Cherokee, that fits nicely into the garage space.

Great little place in Newport Beach! Steps to the beach and comes with a parking space. It was a great space for 2 adults and 2 small kids. More than that would be a push. Easy check in and out. Best deal around.

This property was everything as listed! The manager was very responsive with the couple questions I had and very nice! Throughly enjoyed my stay will definitely come to this property again!

The unit is in a perfect location and is truly only 15 steps or so off the beach!!! Julio, the building manager was very easy to work with. We loved this place, and we are praying we can afford to stay again next season!!! The unit has good bones and an incredible location. As with everything, the unit has its pros/cons (noted below). The only issues we called on were the internet and bedroom cable box (noted below). Pros: Location, location, location. Julio (building mgr), is very responsive, so any issues are addressed immediately. Relatively quiet considering the location. Parking is easy w a carport (and street parking is easy). Washer/dryer was a huge bonus. Furnished enough to get by for 6-weeks. Cons: The internet can be spotty. The service can still be degraded frequently. Bedroom cable box didn't work. (Cable guy thinks it may be outdoor wiring.) The TV remote is not available (only the cable box remote); therefore, one cannot use the 'smart TV' to get to Netflix, Prime, etc. There was no access to the back of the flat screen to use our Kindle Fire Stick. Cleaning definitely needs to be improved. It's time for the once-a-year spring cleaning!!! To be fair to the building management, I didn't complain about the cleaning issues upon arrival. Considering the location, we were okay w doing a bit of cleaning as part of settling in. Not my first VRBO that needed a little more TLC upon arrival, so I didn't get too crazy over a wee bit of a bleach wipe down in the bathroom (tub mold otherwise the bathroom was clean). Thick dust build-up on the top of the drapes. The rest of our 'issues' were mostly aesthetic.... Bar stools instead of counter stools would be useful (counter stools are too short for sitting at the bar). A second bedroom nightstand is seriously needed. The little seating bench is hardly useful to the second sleeper. It's not a level, flat surface. Curtain ties for the patio door curtains. Curtains should be put on rings so they can be opened/closed more easily. NO BBQ!!! That part did suck! Thankfully our kids have a camping BBQ and brought it over for us to use. Better selection of flatware (salad forks and teaspoons were lacking) and overall cooking tools/cookware. Definitely needs new sheets/bedding!!! The sheets were far too threadbare. We ended up buying our own. Even with the cons, we would do it again....in fact, we can't wait!!! Considering the location, we're happy 'glamping' on the beach.

This is our new favorite place in Newport Beach. The unit was very clean and only steps from the boardwalk. It has everything you could need.

This was a great sized apartment for my husband, son and myself. It is literally walking steps from the sand and beautiful beach. The beds were comfy and our son slept on the futon with lots of room to spare. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials needed to cook and there is a washer & dryer in the garage for use. We had an assigned parking in a carport which was perfect because we did not have to search for parking. The location is close to all kinds of amazing stores, restaurants and family activities. We can’t wait to stay here again when we visit. I highly recommend this VRBO.

This is our second time staying at this property. The unit is exactly as described. Right at the beach, clean, convenient and most importantly, has off street parking. Comfortable for 2, probably a little tight for 3 or 4. Already thinking about our next possible stay in a couple months.
