There is a balcony on the front of the main level and two sundecks upstairs. Which allow guests to take full advantage of outdoor living and are perfect for sunbathing, relaxing with a good book, or enjoying a sunset cocktail - ocean views! The main balcony has a BBQ. Living area is open to kitchen and dining area, and opens onto the front patio. Kitchen features center island and marble countertops. Bedroom on main level also features a desk. Upstairs master and guest bedrooms both open onto their own sundecks (all w comfortable patio furniture).
