New to Vrbo, our thoughtfully furnished Newport Peninsula beach house offers a comfortable coastal retreat just three blocks from the beach. Enjoy the sand, surf, great dining and shopping while staying at "36th Street."
Our 36th Street house occupies the ground floor of a duplex, with a separate upstairs residence. The separate upstairs unit is occupied by a long-term resident and is not included in the rental. The house is thoughtfully furnished for couples, families and friends, with comfortable spaces to relax together after a day at the beach. Spend the morning walking to the sand, come home for lunch, and head back out for an evening stroll or sunset without having to get in the car. Bikes, beach chairs, and 2 inflatable stand up paddle boards are available for you to explore and enjoy during your stay.
Inside, you’ll find a welcoming living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A pocket door separates the living area from the bedroom hallway, providing additional privacy and quiet when some guests want to stay up while others head to bed.
The home has two bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom features a Twin XL-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle, making the room especially versatile for families and groups.
Outside, the private side patio provides another place to relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. There is a glimpse of the ocean from the front of the property, but the real advantage is the location—just a short walk from the beach and all the fun of the Newport Peninsula.
