Summary:
Welcome to our modern micro-condo, fully renovated with contemporary furnishings, top appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities that make it feel like home. With AC for year-round comfort, the beach and bay are just 100 yards away. We're also a short 10-minute walk from bars, restaurants, and piers.
The Space:
Our home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests for any length of stay. We've incorporated brand-new floors, fresh paint, and contemporary furnishings. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with new comforters, while the living room features a pull-out queen bed, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. Rest assured, all bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.

Guest Access
During your stay, you'll have full access to all areas of the apartment, including the on-site laundry. Should you require any assistance, I'm just a short 20-minute drive away and readily available to address any needs. Your satisfaction during your Newport Beach stay is our top priority!
Guest Access:
You will have access to everything in the apartment including on-site laundry. I'm only 20 minutes away from the apartment and will be readily available should you folks need me. I want to make your stay in Newport Beach worthwhile!
The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. The park is about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions. The unit is walking distance from bars, restaurants, and shops!
Getting Around:
You can walk to everything, bay, beach, bars, and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Interaction with Guests:
I work 20 minutes away from the home if I'm needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime.

Our stay at the Couple's Escapade was wonderful! We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was TOP-NOTCH! Beach access was right across the street and it was just what we were looking for. I would recommend bringing an extra blanket for extra comfort. Thank you! :)

The location was great! I loved being close to the beach and we were able to walk most places.

Everything was great, the place was clean, close to the beach, easy to get to. We loved it. There would only be 2 things I would suggest: provide beach chairs - they had camping chairs for use, but those weren’t awesome to take on the beach. And have a few throw blankets in the house to use. Those things didn’t bother us, but figured we would mention it as it would have added just a little extra.

This was a Moms only trip, with 3 of us on a quick weekend getaway. Great location, clean & super cute! I would’ve given 5 stars but the pull out couch didn’t pull out, as it was stuck and extra blankets for the couch were not provided. Other than the property not really accommodating 3 quests comfortably, it was great!
