About this house rental

Due to the recent southern California fires we will consider short term or a multiyear arrangement starting April 1, 2025. Nice large 3 bedroom, 2 bath furnished townhouse, rear unit 300 block of Onyx Ave. Granite counter-tops, viking range, porcelain floors, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Large sundeck/patio and courtyard entrance. One half block to the Bay and Marine Ave shopping and restaurants. Easy off and on the island. Street Parking.
