Summary:
Our cozy, modern, and newly renovated micro-condo is at the heart of Newport Beach only 100 yards from the sand and bay. It's fully stocked with everything you would need to entertain a group of 4 people comfortably. You'll be sure to enjoy some ocean breeze, night life, restaurants, bars and best of all the beach! You folks are sure to enjoy our home and all the exciting things you can do.
The Space:
We have creatively designed our space to comfortably host up-to 4 people. We provide all bedding, towels, toiletries, and beach essentials to ensure your stay at the beach with us is nothing but perfect. To top it off we added Nespresso machine with pods provided, 55" 4K TV with Spectrum TV (200+ Channels) and Smart TV Apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.
Once you test run our bidet you'll definitely want one for your home. It's toilet with remote, heated seating, and self cleaning functions. Enjoy all of what Newport Beach has to offer with a touch of luxury.
Guest Access:
You will have access to everything in the apartment including on-site laundry.
The Neighborhood:
It's a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. It's about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions.
Getting Around:
You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family.
Other Things to Note:
Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.
Interaction with Guests:
I work 20 minutes away from the home if I'm needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime.

I stayed here for two weeks because I was in the area having surgery. The location is excellent. You were walking distance from the beach. You’re walking distance from restaurants. The negative for me was the bedding was beyond poor. I had to order DoorDash to deliver a new pillows. The place is very rough. There are a lot of holes in the wall. There are floorboards torn off. The trashcan needs a bad scrubbing. Definitely the location is great for a beach visit. On a sidenote, guest are asked to wash the dishes before they leave. I do not know if I would trust the previous guest to do a good job of washing the dishes. There were no cleaning supplies in the condo so the cleaners you see in the condo are courtesy of myself from target. I could never get the coffee maker to work so I had to order coffee daily from DoorDash. I did check out a night early because the condo next to me had a barking dog that barked constantly as the renters left the dog alone for hours.
