"BALBOA BEACH ESCAPE" 20% discount for 28 day stay 10% Weekly Discount. Auto applied. Beach and Bay are only a block away. Nestled between the Balboa and Newport Beach Piers on the Balboa Peninsula. This mid century 4 unit building is located on West Balboa Blvd. It's perfect for walks on the beach to either pier location with many fine restaurants. It is also a short stroll to the Balboa Ferry, Fun Zone and Catalina Flyer. In the wee hours of the morning, when all is quite the surf can be heard. This "STUDIO" apartment has A/C, granite counter tops, updated cabinets, a full kitchen, small bathroom with shower, comfy queen size captain’s bed with drawer space underneath, Smart TV with Cable and Free Wifi. Garage Parking for a Sub-Compact Car.This ground floor unit overlooks the shared garden patio. Grill your own burger, steak or hot dog's on our Weber Gas BBQ. Beach Chairs and Beach Towels are provided for your use. One of the wonderful things to do is wake up grab a cup of coffee and go watch the surf roll in. SLP13793
A shared Coin-Op Washer and Dryer are on site. Other tenants in building are full time residents so quite hours are very important.

The place was perfect for my husband and I, very cute, beachy, and clean, super comfy bed too! We loved that it was right on Balboa blvd. bc it was a short walk to beach and bayside. We also loved bbq’ing and sitting at the table on the courtyard. Convenient that laundry machines were in the garage along with lots of chairs and boogie boards for guests to borrow. Janet was quick at getting back to us when we had questions which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back! 10/10 recommendation from us!

Everything was great as listed. Easy beach access. We parked on the street usually right in front. Everything else we were there for was easy to get even with the heavier spring break traffic.

Beware, street traffic very busy and noisy.
Road construction, jackhammers every morning at 7am. If you’re planning of spending an appreciable amount of time in the unit, try a quieter location.
