Quiet. Well appointed room with a balcony. Pool ( though we didn’t have time to use it 😞). Excellent breakfast and lovely hostess Anna and her friend and helper, Rimona. Free and secure parking.

Pretty cool house, but far from the city

We almost can't communicate due to language, but they seems very good and open people :) Large swimming pool outside, good breakfast, large room, free parking.

Internet was broken half of time. It's better to use double-WAN router with local mobile card inside for these cases. Was hard to enter first time, but thanks that some girl opened the gate for us, and we waited for check-in in the pool :D Aware of road to the house, it's hard and dangerous cross with main traffic - only for experienced drivers. Green doors of the room should be fixed with WD-40.

A very nice place close to the beach.

We had a very large family room for for person and a double bedroom for two people. The villa is beautiful and in a quiet zone. The own er was very friendly. The breakfast was good: selfmade cakes, yoghurt.

La struttura era bellissima fornita di tutto il necessario , la piscina spettacolare , l’ambiente pulito , silenzioso, le signore Anna e Romina fantastiche, super gentili , disponibili e amichevoli

Wohlfühlen wie bei Mama

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Anna empfangen und fanden uns in sehr schönen sauberen Zimmern gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war sehr reichhaltig und auf Nachfrage bekamen wir alles nach Wunsch. Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden und ein heißer Tipp, wenn man von Livorno kommt. Wir werden auf jeden fall wiederkommen. Danke für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Avis mitigé

Le staf (Romina) est constitué d'une seule personne charmante et très dévouée. La chambre est correcte, propre mais assez vétuste. La piscine est agréable

La propriétaire, elle, nous a à peine dit bonjour. On avait l'impression de déranger, d'être des intrus en vivant quelques jours chez elle. Si l'on décide de faire de sa maison un b&b, il faut pouvoir tenir compte des clients. La literie de la chambre peperoncino mériterait d'être remplacée.

Hervorragend für Familien!

Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet, lecker und ausreichend. Das Schwimmbad war toll und die Zimmer angenehm groß. Es liegt gut um Ausflüge nach Cinqueterre, Pisa und ans Meer zu machen.

En premier lieu, l’accueil et la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a reçu. Ils sont très faciles à joindre par téléphone et répondent très vite ! la piscine était accessible jusque tard le soir ou tôt le matin. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux.

Nous n’étions pas les seuls dans la maison, mais finalement nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit, tout était très calme.

Posizione ottima per chi è munito di auto o moto. Ambienti grandi e confortevoli, molti spazi verdi ben curati con piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Ampia scelta per la colazione con brioche calde, cappuccino, yogurt, macedonia di stagione, succhi di frutta e tanto altro.

Ineccepibile

Per la prima volta nella mia vita, non ho appunti migliorabili da fare. Forse perché sono rimasta solo una notte ,forse perché questo posto ai miei occhi era perfetto. Posizione : vivi la tranquillità e la pace della campagna ma a meno di 5 minuti di macchina dal centro. Camera: spaziosa,pulita, con bagno e una doccia confortevoli e un terrazzo gigantesco con sdraio, ombrelloni, tavolino per godersi il relax delle giornate afose.(in camera c era frigo, microonde, condizionatore potentissimo ) Area esterna: parcheggio gratuito disponibile (non scontato e molto apprezzato), piscina con annessa doccia e sdraio (che non ho sfruttato ma era molto invitante) , stesso dicasi dell area barbecue . Staff: gentilissima sia la responsabile Romina che la proprietaria Anna. Accoglienti e sempre disponibili senza essere invadenti. Colazione: variegata e abbondante . Si sono persino offerti di prepararci la colazione continentale (uova a mt zero dalle loro galline) Io ci tornerò senz'altro e farò una pubblicità spietata a tutti i miei amici e conoscenti. Complimenti e a presto!

Come a casa.

È una casa in una zona tranquilla, con ampi spazi, piscina, giardino curato. Molto vicina a Sarzana ( che è una cittadina piacevole), dove trovi TUTTO. Non vicinissima al mare, ma ti ripaga con la tranquillità e un clima comunque da costa ligure.Un luogo ove puoi anche stare beato li, senza andare tanto in giro, e riposarti. I gestori ti seguono in tutto che che serve e ti fanno sentire come a casa tua tutto bene anche per quanto riguarda la colazione..

Camera pulitissima e nuova completa di tutto il necessario. Colazione ottima e abbondante e la proprietaria Signora Anna veramente simpatica e cordiale ti fa sentire in famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend - sehr nette Gastgeber - gute Ausgangslage für die Cinqueterre

Funktionale Zimmer mit schlichter Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Nette Gastgeber. Wir konnten unser Auto am Abreisetag noch auf dem Parkplatz (kostenfrei) stehenlassen, um in die Cinqueterre zu fahren. Frühstück typisch italienisch.

EIN deutscher Sender im TV wäre super gewesen. Das Haus liegt unweit einer Bahnstrecke. Je nach Wind hört man die Züge vorbeifahren. Auch ist das Haus selbst recht hellhörig.
