Located in North Bethany close to the Indian River Inlet/Marina and Delaware Seashore State Park (with lifeguards and restrooms) - just a short drive from Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, MD - this comfortable multi-level Family Friendly townhome features an inverted floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enjoy morning coffee on any one of the 6 decks or on the screened porch. You''ll be just steps away from an expansive, uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles! After a fun-filled day at the beach, rinse the beach sand off in the outside shower before heading indoors to enjoy an evening meal cooked out on the gas grill, or take a short walk to Matt''s Fish Camp or a 5 minute drive to many restaurant options around Bethany.
Relax and overlook the bay to watch the marsh birds feeding or the sailboats and kayaks gliding across the bay. Open concept living features tons of space and is a perfect setting for family get-togethers with a large dining table and roomy, full size kitchen. The kids will love spending time in the first level den with an air hockey table and the entire family will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the upper levels.

We enjoyed this quiet property on the outskirts of Bethany Beach. Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach, it was all we needed for a decent price.

It was a nice place to spend time at the beach with family and friends. I’m just not that crazy about driving to the beach everyday and paying to park; I’m used to walking a very short distance to it. Other than that, we had a great time, and the villa was clean and attractive.
