Five-minute drive (two miles) to downtown Bethany or 35-minute walk along the beach to ice cream on the Boardwalk! Two miles to Hocker's G&E supermarket. Easy walking to the entrance of the Fresh Pond State Park with a three-mile walking or bicycling loop for an escape into Bay wetlands. Main level and upper level well-configured to accommodate separate families. Quiet backyard for children to play in. Decks on two levels with deck furniture for sunbathing and socializing; enjoy a meal at the large picnic table and children's picnic table. Full bathroom Utility room: large capacity washer and dryer. Garage: is not available for parking but has plenty of space for your outdoor gear and a workbench for your summer projects, as well as a refrigerator to store extra food and beverages. There are plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys for use by guests. Main Level (second floor) Living room: 40' flat-screen television, Blu-ray player, and collection of 100 DVDs for all ages.
