About this house rental
COME STAY with us, right before the full season begins for a long weekend or a week in June. Reserve your vacation week in this open floor plan with new kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, new hardwood flooring, new bathrooms, decks, and much more. The main floor has 4BR and 2BA. The home also has a brand new lower level that has a 1BR, 1BA unit that is perfect for kids,or a second couple. Sea Del is a private North Bethany Beach community within biking distance to the shops and restaurants of Bethany Beach. This home is just steps to the beach, with no roads to cross to walk to the ocean! Take advantage of water sports and golf close by. The Delaware coastline has something for everyone.

Beautiful house and community. There were few little general maintenance items that should be addressed. There is an incessant banging noise all night in master bedroom and downstairs bedroom that definitely needs to be looked onto. Some members of our group did not sleep well at all due to this issue. The property owner was extremely nice and responded quickly.

We had an amazing experience throughout our visit, and it was beautiful. The beach is just a short stroll away. intends to return.

The house was in a great community and the proximity to the beach was great. The house itself is a bit well worn. The one bathroom with a tub had sand in it when we checked in and the drain wasn’t working very well. The downstairs suite was nice but had a number of extra little insects sharing the space and definitely had a dampness to it. The outdoor shower also could use some TLC and bug spraying. The kitchen cookware could use some updating, especially the pots and pans. The kitchen did have a nice coffee maker and the appliances overall were in good shape. Ultimately, it was a decent property for our family to start our annual beach vacations at Bethany, but we’d probably look for something a little more updated going forward.
