Awesome location sitting on the Assawoman Bay and located in a quiet private residential community only a short stroll from an uncrowded beach where you can walk for miles. This spacious family vacation home has been completely renovated with many upgrades and features central air conditioning, lovely full kitchen with new stainless appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 TVs, DVD, WiFi, Gas Grill and outside shower. Relax with family and friends out on the open spacious deck overlooking the bay while enjoying cool sea breezes and gorgeous sun sets!
