About this house rental
Enjoy your stay in this spacious 3 level town home in the golfing resort of The Villages of Bear Trap Dunes. This property is only 3 miles away from Bethany's Boardwalk and Beaches. A beach shuttle can be used during prime time (with the purchase of an amenity pass to avoid parking fees and make life easier).
This home offers 4 bedrooms/4.5bathrooms (each bedroom has its own private full bath). All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Parking: this home offers all free parking. One car in the driveway---park all along the cul de sac. Overflow parking that is unlimited in the pavilion parking lot .
Tax free Tanger Outlet shopping and plenty of restaurants/shops/activities nearby! Bethany beach, Dewey beach, Fenwick and Ocean City all a quick drive.
Bear Trap Dunes golf resort has 27 holes and is great for all skill levels. The driving range is located approximately 50 feet from the house and the Den golf clubhouse is approximately 200 feet from the house. A wonderful restaurant/bar (Coastal Kitchen) is also 200 feet from the house at the golf clubhouse. The Pavilion with amenities and unlimited extra free parking is also approximately 200 feet away.
The home is equipped with 2 independent central air/heating units to ensure temperature control on all levels of the home.
An amenity pass can be purchased ($65 per person per week prime time,$45 per person per week off season, $35 per person for 3 days off season, 4 and younger are free) for access to the beach shuttle, a full gym, 1 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball courts and playgrounds, hot tub and sauna!
The requirement is to have a pass for renters using the facility--these can be rotated amongst renters.
The open floor plan on the main level offers a powder room, kitchen, dining area, living area and bedroom. The fully finished basement offers extra space for entertaining with a pool table and TV/gaming access as well as a bedroom and full bath/laundry. The third level has 2 bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms.
The back yard offers a fenced in private courtyard for outside gatherings. A finished garage provides more entertaining space and storage. A second full size refrigerator/freezer can be found in the garage.
Owners take great pride in the cleanliness and sanitation of this home, which is serviced by professional cleaners between rentals.

We enjoyed the property layout- there was a space for everyone. Spacious bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all we needed for a one night stay. The kids loved having the basement to hang out and play pool, games, and watch movies. The adults loved the main level and garage man-cave. They allowed early check in which was very much appreciated!Only downfalls were minor, but worth mentioning. The basement couch is falling apart, the cushions have a very cheap elastic fabric cover that fell off immediately. The leather is peeling and it looks extremely worn down. The basement was also quite musty smelling despite the dehumidifier.

The stay was good, and the location was great. Whenever you book this property, you should keep in mind that the swimming pools and other amenities that you see with the property are not free; you have to buy the pass for 7 days, which is not cheap.You have to pay extra for bed linens and towels otherwise you have to bring your own bed linens and towels!
