About this house rental
A new TWO-STORY single house with 2,700+ square feet in an estates community and is now available for early 10% off 2026 summer weekly rental specials! The house is large enough for 3-4 families, ideal for a large family reunion!
This beautifully designed single house is located in the newest section of a development. Tucked behind Sea Colony and Beach Club in Ocean View, DE, this property lets you take advantage of BIKING, FISHING, DINING, entertainment, the beaches and more. It is private and back to a natural forest, a rare find in area!
The entire house is designed around the concept of a “refreshing beach getaway” so you can immerse yourself in the vacation atmosphere without feeling overwhelmed.
The first floor includes the master bedroom with private full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet, 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, a laundry room, a full kitchen and dining area.
As you enter the house, you will see an beautiful arched entrance followed by a short hallway leading to the foyer. To the left of the entrance is a bedroom, a closet and a full bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed and carpeted floor.
Walking past the arch, to your left is the kids’ bedroom with double twin bed and a dresser. To your right will be the laundry room with its new washer and dryer with a wash tub and access to the garage.
You will love the spacious feel of the great room which is open to the second floor over 19 FEET HIGH! The grand great room, includes a kitchen, a living room, a dining area and the stairs to the second floor. The elegant dark flooring in most of the main areas of the first floor makes the house feel classy and then an area rugs gives off a cozy vibe. The entire great room is very well lit with 10 LED recessed lights and a ceiling fan light.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a cook-top with 4 electrical stoves, oven, genuine GRANITE counter top and a spacious island so you can cook to your heart’s content. We have stocked the kitchen with plenty of tableware and silverware as well as pots, pans, baking trays and other everyday kitchen necessities including regular and Keurig coffee makers!
The dining area to the back of the kitchen is equipped with a dining table that could sit your party (6 people) so you can enjoy more time together on your vacation. There are few bar stools for additional seating at kitchen.
The living room area includes a brand new 55 inch smart TV. You can access YouTube shows from your phone and directly cast it to the TV via Wi-Fi or use the apps on the Roku TV to access your own Netflix/YouTubeTV/ESPN etc. to enjoy your shows just like if you were home. The spacious coach with a queen sofa bed built-in in the great room is firm and comfy, you can (and most likely will) fall asleep there after a long day at the beach or during a movie marathon.
The master suite includes the spacious master bedroom, private bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom features a king size bed with nightstands, a queen sleeper sofa and dresser. The master bathroom features a unique soaking tub, separate walk in shower and couple’s sink.
To the left of the entrance to the great room is the stairs to the 2nd floor as well as the arched entrance to the master suite.
The second floor is entirely carpeted and features a loft, a full bathroom and a bedroom.
The second floor bedroom also features a king size bed, nightstand and a sizable dresser. There is a kids bedroom with two twin beds for a perfect hide out.
Outside features include a 2 CAR garage with and a 4 CAR driveway. The backyard is facing a natural forest. Enjoy the brand new deck and a grill for your BBQ needs. A new hot water outdoor shower is available to wash out your sandy feet from the beach.
Additionally, we do provide FREE Wi-Fi during your stay. The house is also equipped with a security key pad operated door so you don’t have to worry about brining keys in a bathing suit!
Just 1.5 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, the house is in one of the most desirable communities in the area.

The house exceeded our expectations. It is on a nice quiet street. Plenty of bedroom space. My daughter and granddaughters had their own space on second floor. We shared downstairs and the three bathrooms came in handy. Kitchen is well supplied and easy to cook in.

Great stay for a large family gathering, convenient location, and had a few extras for the beach. Jane and George were great to work with and provided some extras for our toddler/infants as well.

Overall the rental was fine, it was large enough to accommodate our family and within 10 minutes from the beach. When we arrived there was some garbage scattered around the outdoor grill. Also the property owner informed us the day of arrival that the clothes dryer was not operational and needed to be replaced, this was a bit of an inconvenience for our group.
