It is just 2.5 miles from the award winning Bethany Beach and there is a beach shuttle that runs all summer and picks up a one minute walk from your home. Parking at the home is free and plentiful. The outdoor fenced in garden patio comes with a new propane barbecue (on the way) and the detached garage includes plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach equipment including a pack 'n play.

First floor primary bedroom one king, attached full bath
Second floor BR2, queen two twins (bunk bed), BR3 queen, BR4 queen, two full baths, washer dryer.
Basement has BR5 with four more twins (2 bunk beds) and a queen pullout couch, full bath.
The kitchen is well stocked for 14 people and features newer stainless steel appliances (stove and microwave being replaced). The coffee maker is a combination K-Cup/Drip. Other appliances include a blender, rice cooker, Kitchen Aid mixer, brand new knives. The dining room and kitchen will seat 10-12 comfortably. There is also a half bath nearby.
The living room has new furniture coming. There are 7 TVs with a cable package and internet access. Please bring your passwords.
The basement doubles as an additional living room and includes games.
