About this apartment rental
comfortable duplex of 45 m2 with 18m2 terrace with open view, Bd longchamp, quiet and very bright, very well located, all amenities (wi-fi ..), all transport, 10 minutes from the station and the old port
the apartment is very nice because calm and very bright
The large terrace is an additional living room, with unobstructed and breathtaking views, overlooking Notre Dame de la Garde
The neighbors are discreet and very friendly
Ideal for a couple,
or for a couple with child (ren)
The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a single bed (+ 2 single extra mattresses)
it is on the 4th and last floor of a longchamp bd building in Marseille (bd with tram, without car traffic)
the longchamp district is a peaceful and lively district at the same time
The boulevard longchamp is very pleasant because raised and without car
All shops, bars, restaurant, nearby
Also, the longchamp park is 5 mins walk,
the sncf station, the old port, 10 minutes away,
the first beaches, the basket, the Mucem, are 20 minutes walk
transport: tram (reformed or national station), metro (reformed station), many bus stops, and 2 velib stations are nearby

J ai apprécié séjourner chez Marie-jo. Un petit appart bien aménagée plein de vie et de livres 📚 au plus grand bonheur de mes enfants
Le contact avec Marie-jo est très appréciable
Mon cœur de cœur ❤: une belle terrasse spacieuse où on peut apercevoir Notre Dame de ma garde.
J ai adoré!
Proche de toutes commodités et accès au métro et gare St Charles immédiat.

C'était nickel. Je rejoins les avis précédents: très propre, très bonne literie, bonne ambiance , propriétaire géniale, beaucoup d'ondes positives dans cet appartement, quartier très résidentiel à deux stations de tramway du vieux port , métro M1 en bas de l'immeuble comme celui du tramway qui va au vieux port également.pas de mauvaises surprises. Tout m'a été explicitement expliqué par la propriétaire. Très belle et grande terrasse sans vis a vis.
Quelques détails :Les heures d'arrivées sont tardives de 16h voir 17h30 pour le weekend ( mais les sorties également et puis j'ai été averti à l'avance et j'ai accepté les conditions) l'appartement se trouve au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur , l'appartement donne sur les rails du tramway donc on entend son passage jusqu'à minuit mais perso ça ne m'a pas dérangé. Très lumineux le matin même en fermant les volets.
La mezzanine était très chaude la nuit mais il y a un matelas d'appoint qu'on peut mettre sur le sol en bas pour une éventuelle troisième personne.
